Unai Elgezabal
Unai Elgezabal Udondo (born 25 April 1993) is a Spanish footballer who plays for Levante UD. Mainly a central defender, he can also play as a defensive midfielder. Club career Born in Urduliz, Biscay, Basque Country, Elgezabal graduated from Danok Bat CF's youth setup. In 2012, he joined Athletic Bilbao and made his senior debut with the farm team in Tercera División, but was released in 2014. In July 2014, Elgezabal joined SCD Durango also in the fourth tier. After being an undisputed starter, he moved to Segunda División B side Barakaldo CF on 1 July 2015. In the 2016 winter transfer window, Elgezabal refused an offer from RCD Mallorca and remained at the ''Fabriles'' until the end of the campaign. On 20 June 2016, he signed for La Liga side SD Eibar, being loaned to AD Alcorcón in Segunda División on 18 August. SD Eibar
Sociedad Deportiva Eibar (in eu, Eibar Kirol Elkartea) is a professional Spanish football club based in Eibar, Gipuzkoa, in the autonomous Basque Country. Founded on 30 November 1940, the team currently plays in the Segunda División, the second tier of Spanish football, having been relegated from La Liga at the end of the 2020–21 season. Tercera División ( en, Third Division) was the fourth tier of the Spanish football league system. Founded in 1929, it was below the ''Primera División'' (also known as La Liga), the ''Segunda División'', and the semi-professional ''Segunda División B''. 2020–21 Segunda División B
The 2020–21 Segunda División B season was the 44th since its establishment and the last as the third tier. A total of 102 teams participated, and were distributed in three groups of 20 teams each and two groups of 21, with eight subgroups of ten teams each and two with eleven teams each. On 6 May 2020, the Royal Spanish Football Federation announced the expansion of the league to what were initially five groups of 20 teams each for the 2020–21 season due to promotion from the Tercera División groups in the curtailed past season being applied. The season began on 18 October, following approval by each of Spain's autonomous regions' health departments.
