Mario Zafred
Mario Zafred (2 March 1922 Trieste – 22 May 1987 Rome) was an Italian people, Italian composer, music critic, and opera director. He also served as the president of various Italian Music school, music conservatories including the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia. Biography Zafred began his music studies in Venice under Gian Francesco Malipiero before attending the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome. After graduating in 1944 with a diploma in music composition he continued to study further under Ildebrando Pizzetti. In 1947 he moved to Paris where he continued to study composition for two years. After returning to Italy in 1949, Zafred began a successful career as a music critic, working first for ''L’unità'' (1949–56) and ''La Giustizia'' (1956–63). In 1966 he became artistic director of the Teatro Comunale Giuseppe Verdi in Trieste. Carlo Ninchi (31 May 1896 – 27 April 1974) was an Italian film actor. He appeared in more than 120 films between 1931 and 1963. He was born in Bologna, Emilia-Romagna, and died on 27 April 1974 in Milan, Lombardy, Italy. Francesco Golisano
Francesco Golisano (25 June 1930 in Rome, Italy – 21 December 1991 in Velletri, Italy) was an Italian film actor. He was an employee of the Post Office when film director Renato Castellani held auditions to appear in ''Under the Sun of Rome'' (1948). Golisano was chosen along with other young people of the street, and played the part of Geppa. This led to more work with filmmaker Giorgio Bianchi. In 1951, Golisano played his most famous role - the kind-hearted Totò in Vittorio De Sica's '' Miracle in Milan'', which won the Palme D'Or at the Cannes Film Festival. He appeared in two more films in 1952. After six films Golisano abandoned his acting career and retired to private life. He spent his last 20 years living in the town of Velletri in the province of Rome. He died in 1991, at age 61, of natural causes.
