Ulrich Schnauss
Ulrich Schnauss (born 1977) is a German electronic musician and producer based in London, England. He is best known for being a member of Tangerine Dream from 2014 to 2020. Biography Ulrich Schnauss was born in the northern German seaport of Kiel in 1977. He had piano lessons when he was seven. He became interested in a range of music: My Bloody Valentine, Slowdive, Tangerine Dream, Chapterhouse, and early bleep and breakbeat tracks. There was not much opportunity to see his musical influences in Kiel, so he moved to Berlin in 1996. Schnauss' musical output began under the pseudonyms of View to the Future and Ethereal 77. These electronica and drum-driven pieces were noticed by Berlin electronica label CCO (City Centre Offices), to which Schnauss sent CDs on a regular basis. Schnauss developed these submissions to CCO into his first album under his own name, ''Far Away Trains Passing By'', released in Europe in 2001 and in the United States in 2005. Kiel

Mark Peters (musician)
Mark Peters (born 21 July 1975) is an English musician, songwriter and producer who has mainly created music for the band Engineers. He has also collaborated with the electronic musician Ulrich Schnauss on three albums; '' Underrated Silence'', ''Tomorrow Is Another Day''. and ''Destiny Waiving''. In December 2017, Peters released his debut solo album, '' Innerland'', In April 2019, Peters released a reworked version of his solo debut album, titled '' New Routes out of Innerland''. Schnauss and Peters have also collaborated on a remix of the track "Falling in Swirls" by Helios, "Keep it Softcore" by Naked Lunch (UK band), "The Wind Was Playing with My Hair" by Rainbirds and also contributed score to the film ''Kaboom'' by Gregg Araki. Cocteau Twins
Cocteau Twins was a Scottish rock band active from 1979 to 1997. They were formed in Grangemouth by Robin Guthrie (guitars, drum machine) and Will Heggie (bass), adding Elizabeth Fraser (vocals) in 1981 and replacing Heggie with multi-instrumentalist Simon Raymonde in 1983. The group earned critical praise for their ethereal, effects-laden sound and the soprano vocals of Fraser, whose lyrics often eschew any recognisable language. Kevin Patrick Shields (born 21 May 1963) is an American-born Irish musician, singer-songwriter, composer, and producer, best known as the vocalist and guitarist of the band My Bloody Valentine. They became influential on the evolution of alternative rock with their two studio albums ''Isn't Anything'' (1988) and '' Loveless'' (1991), pioneering a subgenre known as shoegaze. It was released in the United States on 5 October 2004 by Domino Recording Company. On 13 October 2008, a remastered edition of ''A Strangely Isolated Place'' was issued by Independiente. The album was remastered again in 2019 for a new reissue, which was released on 17 April 2020 by Scripted Realities. Critical reception ''Resident Advisor'' named ''A Strangely Isolated Place'' the 37th best album of the 2000s, describing it as "ambient music with enough oomph to keep the club kids happy." Domino Recording Company reissued ''Far Away Trains Passing By'' with a second disc of six bonus tracks on 1 November 2005. On 13 October 2008, Independiente issued a remastered edition of the album with an extra disc containing the same bonus tracks, along with the track "A Million Miles Away". Chapterhouse (band)
Chapterhouse were a British shoegaze band from Reading, Berkshire, England. Formed in 1987 by Andrew Sherriff and Stephen Patman, the band began performing alongside Spacemen 3. They released two albums: ''Whirlpool'' (1991) and '' Blood Music'' (1993). The group temporarily reformed in 2008 after being asked to join Ulrich Schnauss onstage to perform his cover version of their song "Love Forever" at the Truck Festival in Oxfordshire. The band finished the brief reunion with two gigs in London (2009–2010) and tours in North America and Japan in 2010. Slowdive is a British rock band that formed in Reading, Berkshire, in 1989.
