Ulisses Manuel Nogueira Morais (born 22 November 1959) is a Portuguese former Association football, footballer who played as a Forward (association football), forward, currently a Manager (association football), manager. Playing career Born in the village of Almoster, Santarém, Portugal, Santarém, Morais played for 18 years as a senior but only eight at the professional level. He represented S.C. Covilhã, GD Bragança, U.D. Guarda, Sport Benfica e Castelo Branco, Varzim S.C. and G.D. Peniche in the Segunda Liga, second division, and O Elvas C.A.D. in the Primeira Liga. With the latter club, Morais appeared in three games in the 1987–88 Primeira Liga, 1987–88 season as they finished in 15th position out of 20 teams but still suffered relegation. He retired in late 1995, at the age of 36. Ulisses Soares
Ulisses Soares (born 2 October 1958) is a Brazilian religious leader and former businessman who serves as a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church). He has been a general authority since 2005 and served as a member of the church's Presidency of the Seventy from January 2013 until his calling to the Quorum of the Twelve in March 2018. He is the LDS Church's first apostle from South America. As a member of the Quorum of the Twelve, Soares is accepted by the LDS Church as a prophet, seer, and revelator. José Ulisses de Pina Correia e Silva () (born 4 June 1962) is a Cape Verdean businessman and politician who has been Prime Minister of Cape Verde since 22 April 2016. He took office after his party, the Movement for Democracy, won the 20 March 2016 parliamentary election.
