The Ukrainian Women’s Cup Competition ( uk, Кубок України серед жіночих команд) is a knockout cup competition for women's football clubs in Ukraine, run by the Football Federation of Ukraine. Format The format of this competition fluctuates annually. Mainly the competition is limited to the professional level clubs. History The first cup competition was held in 1992. The winner where Dynamo Kyiv who also won the national league that year. Starting from 1996 and until 2011 the cup consisted of only few matches due to lack of participants. In 2000 the competition was scratched completely. Number of participants Cup finals The following is a list of all cup finals. The finals are played in a single leg. The tournament is expected to last a half of year from the end of August to November with 4 rounds including the final. Sixteen teams of the Ukrainian Women's Football Championship are contesting the main trophy: 12 representing the Higher League (Vyshcha Liha) and 4 representing the First League (Persha Liha). CSK ZSU Stadium
CSK ZSU Stadium ( uk, Стадіон ЦСК ЗСУ) is a multi-use stadium in Kyiv, Ukraine. It is often used for football matches and was the home of FC CSKA Kyiv. Vorskla Poltava, formerly known as Zhytlobud-2 Kharkiv ( uk, Житлобуд-2 Харків) is Ukrainian professional women's football team of FC Vorskla from Poltava, Ukraine (previously represented Kharkiv).
