Tahsan Rahman Khan (Bengali:তাহসান রহমান খান; born 18 October 1979), known mononymously as Tahsan Khan or Tahsan, is a Bangladeshi musician and actor. He is the lead singer of his own rock band Tahsan and the Band. Born and raised in Dhaka, Tahsan first started his musical career with the alternative rock band Black. He later left the band and started his solo music career, his first solo album is ''Kothopokothon'' released in the year 2004. He also started his television acting career in 2004 with the famous drama “Offbeat” and has subsequently performed in more than 100 dramas in television and OTT platform combined. Tahsan has been appointed as the Goodwill Ambassador of UNHCR in January 2021. In addition to the music and acting career, Tahsan is also an university teacher. G-Series is a major Bangladeshi record label. The company produces and publishes cassettes, CDs, VCDs, and DVDs of dramas, telefilms, movies, and music. It is one of the largest such companies in Bangladesh. The owner of the company is Nazmul Haque Bhuiyan, popularly known as Khaled. The Daily Star described it a major record label in Bangladesh. History G-Series was established in 1983 by Nazmul Haque Bhuiyan. In 2006, Agniveena production was founded as a sister concern of G-Series. G-series is named after the famous book of poems, Gitanjali of Rabindranath Tagore. In 2007, G-Series was seeing a decline in the sale of compact disks due to piracy. Rafiath Rashid Mithila, who is best known by her stage name as Mithilaa, is a Bangladeshi actress, singer, model, and development worker. She is currently the head of the Early Childhood Development programme in BRAC (organisation), BRAC. Early life and education Mithila completed her bachelor's and master's in political science at the University of Dhaka. She completed her second master's in early childhood development from BRAC University. Minar Rahman, popularly known as Minar, is an independent Bangladeshi singer-songwriter, composer, lyricist, writer and cartoonist. He rose to fame with the first released song "Shada Ronger Shopnogulo", which was a hit in 2008. Minar does write lyrics and compose songs from his childhood and has developed his own musical style. Dilshad Nahar Kona (born 15 April 1980; known as Kona) is a Bangladeshi singer. She won Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Female Playback Singer for her song ''"Tui Ki Amar Hobi Re"'' in the film ''Bishwoshundori'' (2020). Early life Kona was a student of Moghbazar Girls High School and Lalmatia College, Dhaka. She studied Nazrul Geeti in Nazrul Academy.
