US Entraigues XIII
Union Sportive Entraigues XIII are a rugby league team based in Entraigues-sur-la-Sorgue in the region of Vaucluse in the south-west of France. They play in the Elite Two Championship the second tier of rugby league in France. Their home ground is the Stade Georges Mauro. History The first significant date in US Entraigues XIII history occurred in 1967 when the club won the National 2 league, now called the National Division 1 beating SO Avignon in the final. In season 1975-6 they once again reached the National 2 league final this time losing to Salon XIII 2-13. The club were twice runners-up again in the same league in 1988-89 they were beaten by Le Pontet XIII 9-15 and in season 1990-91 they lost out to Saint-Hyppolite 9-17 but were promoted to the National League 1 now called Elite Two Championship for the first time in their history. US Ferrals XIII
Union Sportive Ferrals XIII are a French Rugby league club based in Ferrals-les-Corbières, Aude in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. The play in the National Division 1. They play their home games at the Stade de la Fontaine. History In 1977, they finished runner-up in the old 2nd Division, now called the National Division 1 losing to Saint-Cyprien in the final 15-16. The club had to wait until season 2014/15 for their next tilt at success. At the end of that season, after winning the Paul Dejean Cup and the league, they then won the league Grand final against Villeghailhenc-Aragon XIII but turned down promotion to Elite Two stating the club wasn't ready. The following season, they once again reached the Paul Dejean Cup final, beating US Entraigues XIII and after finishing second in the league, play-off wins over US Trentels XIII and Tonneins XIII saw them reach a second consecutive final. Saint-Martin XIII
Saint-Martin XIII are a French Rugby league club based in Saint-Martin-de-Crau, in Bouches-du-Rhône in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. The club currently play in the French National Division 1 which is the 3rd tier. Founded in 1974. History Saint-Martin de Crau as they were originally known were founded in 1974 by Jean Chaput and began life in the local regional league. In season 79/80 they reached the Federal Division semi-finals and also during the 1980s they hosted the touring Moscow Spartak youth team, changed their name to Saint-Martin XIII and said farewell to founder and president ''Jean Chaput'' who stepped down. In 1995 the cadets(youth) team were crowned champions of France. The club reached the Federal Division final in 2000 and then won the Coupe Falcou in 2002. Realmont XIII are a French rugby league club based in Realmont in the Tarn region of the Midi-Pyrénées. The club plays in the French National Division 1, which is the 3rd tier. The club plays home games at the Stade Claude Andre History The club was founded on 19 December 1935 making it one of the earliest Rugby League sides in France. Playing in regional divisions they were runner-up in 1939 in the Pyrenees Championship and were winners of the Champion du Rouergue in 1946. In 1976 the National 2 league was set up and the club were invited to participate, in 1978 they won the new league beating Sainte-Livrade XIII in the final 14-13. Rugby Club Salon XIII, nicknamed the ''Jaguars'', are a French Rugby league club based in Salon-de-Provence, Bouches-du-Rhône in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. The club plays in the French Elite Two Championship. History Founded in 1947 RC Salon lifted their first silverware in 1959 when they won the National 2 (now called National Division 1) title beating Le Soler in the final 21–10. It would be another 17 years before another trophy was won and once again it was the ''National 2'' league title this time following a 13–2 win against US Entraigues XIII .
