UKTV Style Gardens
UKTV Gardens was a digital television channel broadcasting in the United Kingdom, part of the UKTV family of channels. As its name suggests, the channel focused entirely on gardening shows. When it originally launched, the channel was known as UKTV Style Gardens on 23 February 2005 and all the gardening content from UKTV Style was moved to the new channel. In early 2007 it adopted the more independent name ''UKTV Gardens''. It was available on Sky Digital and Virgin Media. 2009 closure and replacement As part of the UKTV rebrand, UKTV Style along with UKTV Gardens and UKTV Food were the third phase of the rebrand, with UKTV Style rebranded as Home on 30 April 2009 and UKTV Food as Good Food on 22 June 2009., and UKTV Gardens was closed down and was replaced with Really on 19 May 2009 with all the gardening programmes that were on this channel transferring to Home. Really is a British free-to-air digital television channel broadcasting in the United Kingdom and Ireland, currently owned by Warner Bros. Discovery. The channel launched on 19 May 2009 as UKTV's channel for female audiences. The channel shows a mixture of lifestyle, medical, real life, crime and paranormal programming. The Victorian Kitchen Garden
''The Victorian Kitchen Garden'' is a 13-part British television series produced in 1987 by Keith Sheather for BBC2, based on an idea by Jennifer Davies, who later became associate producer. It recreated a kitchen garden of the Victorian era at Leverton, Berkshire (near Chilton Foliat, Wiltshire). The presenter was the horticultural lecturer, Peter Thoday, the master gardener was Harry Dodson, and the director was Keith Sheather. The theme music and soundtrack was composed by Paul Reade and performed principally by Emma Johnson playing the clarinet. It won the 1991 Ivor Novello award for best TV theme music. Good Food was a cookery channel broadcasting in the United Kingdom and Ireland, latterly as part of the Discovery, Inc. network of channels. The channel originally launched on 5 November 2001 and relaunched in its final format on 22 June 2009. Good Food was available on satellite through Sky, on cable through Virgin Media, and through IPTV with TalkTalk TV, BT TV. From 2015 to 2018, Good Food was temporarily rebranded as Christmas Food during the festive season. Good Food ceased operations on 12 September 2019, with all its programmes moving to Food Network.
