Unione Sportiva Internazionale Napoli was an Italian football club from Naples. They were founded on 11 October 1911 after a split with Naples Foot-Ball Club and competed until their merger with that same team in 1922 to form FBC Internazionale-Naples, better known as FBC Internaples and today known as S.S.C. Naples Foot-Ball Club, also known as Naples FBC or more briefly as Naples, was an Italian football club founded in Naples, Campania in 1904 and beginning play in 1905. They merged with U.S. Internazionale Napoli in 1922 for financial reasons, thus giving life to "Foot-Ball Club Internazionale-Naples", better known as "FBC Internaples", and known today as "S.S.C. Napoli". The 1913–14 Prima Categoria season was won by Casale. Regulation The Northern championship, which was the main tournament, was split in three groups of ten clubs, with eighteen matchdays, even if the Oriental group could not be filled. The best two clubs of each group went to the final group. Last clubs should be relegated. The experimental Southern groups had their own special regulations. Teams US Alessandria for Piedmont, Liguria for Ligury, Nazionale Lombardia for Lombardy, and Petrarca Padua had been promoted according to the national regulation. However, Lombard local committee also promoted Juve Italia and AC Milanese Lambro, while Venetian local committee also promoted Udinese.
