Tøsedrengene
Tøsedrengene were a Danish band that existed from 1978 to 1986, notable for their mix of pop-rock and reggae with Danish-language lyrics. During their active years, they achieved great success in Denmark, their six studio albums selling more than a million copies. The name translates to "The sissy boys", which is a parodic reference to the 70's anti masculine climate in Denmark. Maria Bramsen
Maria Bramsen (born 16 March 1963) is a Danish singer, graphic designer and illustrator. She is probably most widely known for her career as a vocalist for pop bands Tøsedrengene and Ray Dee Ohh. Bramsen joined Tøsedrengene in 1981, barely at the age of 18, replacing vocalist Gitte Naur. After Tøsedrengene's dissolution in 1986, she continued her career in the short-lived The Lejrbåls, before becoming vocalist in Ray Dee Ohh along with Caroline Henderson. Since then, she has recorded several children's songs. The Lejrbåls
The Lejrbåls were a Danish pop band that existed in 1986–87. Consisting of former members of Tøsedrengene and Halberg Larsen, the group comprised vocalist Maria Bramsen, guitarists Michael Bruun and Poul Halberg, Jette Schandorf on bass, Henrik Stanley Møller and Aage Hagen on keyboards and Jan Sivertsen on drums. During their short career, the band released one album, the self-titled ''The Lejrbåls'', in 1987. Despite initially getting favourable reviews for their live shows, the album was not well received and sold 10,000 copies, well below the numbers attained by the members' previous bands. Anne Dorte Michelsen (born 17 July 1958, Århus) is a Danish singer and composer. In Denmark she first became known as a member of the groups Tøsedrengene and Venter på Far. Outside Denmark her second solo record ("Næste Dans") sold well in Norway, Sweden and Japan. Her popularity in Japan was due to the song "Fortrolighed" which was a title song on a popular Japanese TV-show. Pop Rock

Reggae () is a music genre that originated in Jamaica in the late 1960s. The term also denotes the modern popular music of Jamaica and its diaspora. Benedictus Hubertus Danser (May 24, 1891, Schiedam – October 18, 1943, Groningen), often abbreviated B. H. Danser, was a Dutch taxonomist and botanist.
