Tyler Lydon
Tyler Robert Lydon (born April 9, 1996) is a former American professional basketball player. He played college basketball for the Syracuse Orange. High School career Lydon attended Stissing Mountain High School in Pine Plains, New York, then spent two years at New Hampton School in New Hampton, New Hampshire. In 2014, he represented the United States at the FIBA Americas Under-18 Championship in Colorado Springs. He led the team in rebounds despite not starting any games en route to a gold medal. Lydon committed to Syracuse University to play college basketball. College career As a freshman at Syracuse, Lydon averaged 10.1 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.8 blocks per game. As a sophomore, he averaged 13.2 points, 8.6 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game. After the season, he entered the 2017 NBA draft. 2017–18 NBA G League Season
The 2017–18 NBA G League season was the 17th season of the NBA G League (formerly the NBA D-League), the minor league for the National Basketball Association (NBA). Boeheim's Army are an American basketball team that participates in The Basketball Tournament (TBT), an annual winner-take-all single-elimination tournament. The team's roster consists of professional basketball players who compete outside of the NBA, most of whom played college basketball for the Syracuse Orange men's basketball team. The TBT team is an independent entity that is named after Jim Boeheim, longtime coach of the college team. The Basketball Tournament (TBT) is an open-application, single-elimination tournament played each summer in the United States. The 2022 edition features 64 teams with a $1 million winner-take-all prize, broadcast by ESPN. TBT was founded in 2014 by Jonathan Mugar. The 2019–20 NBA season was the 74th season of the National Basketball Association (NBA). The regular season began on October 22, 2019, and originally was supposed to end on April 15, 2020. However, the season was suspended on March 11 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
