Turbowolf are an English rock band founded in Bristol, whose members include Chris Georgiadis (vocals and synthesisers), Andy Ghosh (guitar), Lianna Lee Davies (bass guitar) and Blake Davies (drums). Their first album, ''Turbowolf'', was released on 11 November 2011 on Hassle Records. The media have so far struggled to categorise the band's music, partly due to their diverse influences. However, their sound contains elements of rock 'n' roll, psychedelia, heavy metal, punk rock and electronica. Hard Rock
Hard rock or heavy rock is a loosely defined subgenre of rock music typified by aggressive vocals and distorted electric guitars. Hard rock began in the mid-1960s with the garage, psychedelic and blues rock movements. Some of the earliest hard rock music was produced by the Kinks, the Who, The Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Cream, Vanilla Fudge, and the Jimi Hendrix Experience. Spinefarm Records is a Finnish independent record label focusing mainly on heavy metal artists. It is a subsidiary of Universal Music Group. History Spinefarm Records was originally founded in 1990 by Riku Pääkkönen as a mail-order distribution company for rock and heavy metal albums and singles, but later became a record label for Finnish acts such as Nightwish, Children of Bodom, and Sonata Arctica. Since 2002, Spinefarm has been part of Universal Music Group, but operates as an independent business unit. Tom Dalgety
Tom Dalgety is an English record producer and audio engineer. He is most noted for his work with Pixies, Ghost, and Royal Blood. He was nominated for Grammy Awards in 2019 for his production work on the Ghost album ''Prequelle'' (Best Rock Album) and production and songwriting on the Ghost track "Rats" ( Best Rock Song). Biography Dalgety was born in Oxford, Oxfordshire. He grew up in Frome, Somerset, and began his career working at Rockfield Studios in Wales. Royal Blood's self-titled debut album, produced by Dalgety and the band, was released in August 2014. It was nominated for the 2014 Mercury Prize for best album.
