"Two Guys Naked in a Hot Tub" (also known as "Melvins") is the eighth episode of the third season of the American animated television series ''South Park'', and the 39th episode of the series overall. The episode is the second part of The Meteor Shower Trilogy, and centers upon third grader Stan Marsh and his father Randy. It premiered on Comedy Central on July 21, 1999. The episode was written by series creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, and David Goodman. Pam Brady is an American writer and television producer, best known for her work with ''South Park'' creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone. Career Pam Brady first met Parker, Stone and Jason McHugh while working under Brian Graden at the Fox Broadcasting Company. Brady suggested that the two make a weekly version of their student film ''Cannibal! The Musical''. The three came up with the idea for ''Time Warped''. While ''Time Warped'' was not produced, Parker and Stone decided to make ''South Park'' for Comedy Central and brought Brady on as a writer. "Believe" is a song by American entertainer Cher from her twenty-second studio album of the same name (1998). It was released as the album's lead single on October 19, 1998 by Warner Bros. Records. After circulating for months, a demo written by Brian Higgins, Matthew Gray, Stuart McLennen and Timothy Powell, was submit to Warner's chairman Rob Dickins, while he was scouting for songs to include on Cher's new album. Aside from the chorus, Dickins was not impressed by the track so he enlisted two more writers, Steve Torch and Paul Barry in order to complete it. Recording took place at Dreamhouse Studio in West London, while production was in charge of Mark Taylor and Brian Rawling. "Believe" is an upbeat dance-pop and electropop song and represents a complete musical departure from Cher's previous efforts. The Waco siege, also known as the Waco massacre, was the law enforcement siege of the compound that belonged to the religious sect Branch Davidians. It was carried out by the U.S. federal government, Texas state law enforcement, and the U.S. military, between February 28 and April 19, 1993. The Branch Davidians were led by David Koresh and were headquartered at Mount Carmel Center ranch in the community of Axtell, Texas, 13 miles (21 kilometers) northeast of Waco.
