Durron Maurice Butler (born April 30, 1967), known as Turbo B, is an American musician, rapper and beatboxer. He was once the frontman of the German electronic music group Snap! After completing a period of service with the United States Army in Germany, Butler went on tour with The Fat Boys. He was soon discovered by the managers of Snap!, and contributed to the albums ''World Power'' and '' The Madman's Return'' and their respective number one hits, " The Power" and " Rhythm Is a Dancer". After leaving Snap!, Butler pursued a solo career and also formed the group Centory, which has several minor hits. Butler is known to tour with other artists who were prominent in the 1990s. Regi Penxten (born Reginald Paul Stefan Penxten on 4 March 1976) is a Belgian DJ and record producer, of many eurodance and trance projects in Belgium, including Milk Inc. and Sylver. Better known by his mononym Regi, he has released three solo albums, which all reached the top ten of the Belgian album charts: ''Best Of'' (2005), ''Registrated'' (2007) and ''Registrated 2'' (2010). Milli Vanilli were a German-French R&B duo from Munich. The group was founded by Frank Farian in 1988 and consisted of Fab Morvan and Rob Pilatus. Ray Barracks was a United States Army installation in Friedberg, Germany until it was closed by the U.S. government in 2007 and returned to the German government. Located in the southern part of the city near the industrial area, the barracks had numerous facilities. The barracks included a firing range for personal weapons qualification, an Urban warfare training site, vehicle maintenance facilities and various recreation facilities. After World War II the barracks were named after First Lieutenant Bernard J. Ray, who was awarded the Medal of Honor for his actions during the Battle of Hurtgen Forest.
