Truth Today ( th, ความจริงวันนี้, translit=Kwamjing Wannee) is a Thai political talk show hosted by Veera Musikapong, Jatuporn Prompan and Nattawut Sai-kua. The talkshow began in 2008 during the Samak Sundaravej government on the National Broadcasting Services of Thailand TV station. After Abhisit Vejjajiva was appointed Prime Minister, the talkshow was cancelled by the Abhisit government due to its pro-Thaksin Thaksin Shinawatra ( th, ทักษิณ ชินวัตร; ; ; Chinese: 丘達新; cnr, Taksin Šinavatra; born 26 July 1949), is a Thai businessman, politician and visiting professor. Veerakarn Musikapong ( th, วีระกานต์ มุสิกพงศ์, ), born Veera Musikapong ( th, วีระ มุสิกพงศ์) on 24 May 1948 in Ranot, Songkhla Province, is a Thai politician. Jatuporn Prompan
Jatuporn Prompan ( th, จตุพร พรหมพันธุ์; ; ; born October 5, 1965) is a Thai politician and activist. He is one of the core leaders of the National United Front of Democracy Against Dictatorship (UDD), also known as the "Red Shirts", and a former Member of Parliament of the Pheu Thai Party. In July 2017, he was given a one-year prison sentence for defamation. Early life and education Jatuporn was born in Amphoe Ban Na San, Surat Thani Province to Chuan Prompan and his wife Nuam Buakaew. At age 8, Jatuporn went to live with his older brother in Nakhon Si Thammarat. Following his father's death in 1977, he stayed at Bangkok's Wat Bowonniwet temple, where his brother was then a Buddhist monk. Nattawut Sai-kua
Nattawut Saikua ( th, ณัฐวุฒิ ใสยเกื้อ; ; born June 4, 1975) is a Thai politician. He is the secretary-general and spokesman of the United Front for Democracy Against Dictatorship ("Red Shirts"), and a Member of Parliament for the Pheu Thai Party list. In 2008, he was spokesman for the Somchai Wongsawat government. From January 2012 to May 2014, he served as Deputy Minister in Yingluck Shinawatra's cabinet. Education and family Nattawut was born in Sichon District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. He has one older brother, Jettanan. Nattawut studied communication studies at the Dhurakij Pundit University, where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in 1998. Samak Sundaravej ( th, สมัคร สุนทรเวช, , ; 13 June 1935 – 24 November 2009) was a Thai politician who briefly served as the Prime Minister of Thailand and Minister of Defense in 2008, as well as the leader of the People's Power Party in 2008. Early life and family Samak was born in Bangkok, Thailand to Phraya Bamrungratchaboriphan (Samian Sundaravej) and his wife Khunying Amphan Bamrungratchaboriphan (née Amphan Chittakon).
