True Song
''True Song'' is Do As Infinity's fourth album. It was released on December 26, 2002 under the Avex Records label. The last song on this album, "Ai no Uta", has become a fan favorite and also a staple song to the end of all the Do As Infinity concerts after this album released. Another staple song for their concerts was "One or Eight", which they usually do band member introductions in the middle of. "Kūsō Ryodan", according to Saiko Kawamura written in the ''Do the A-side'' booklet, is the song resembling Do As Infinity spirit. He stated that "...we are the fantasy brigade..." in the last sentence of the booklet which he penned. Do As Infinity is a Japanese pop and Rock music, rock band that formed in 1999 with three members: vocalist Tomiko Van, guitarist Ryo Owatari, and guitarist and composer Dai Nagao. The band's name is sometimes abbreviated as DAI, alluding to the fact that Do As Infinity was named after Nagao. Signed to Avex Trax, the band released their debut single "Tangerine Dream (song), Tangerine Dream" on September 29, 1999, followed by three more singles between 1999 and 2000, which appeared on their debut album ''Break of Dawn (Do As Infinity album), Break of Dawn'' (2000). Seiji Kameda
is a Japanese music producer, arranger and bass guitarist. He has worked extensively with Ringo Shiina, serving as her producer and touring bassist for many years, including his tenure with their band Tokyo Jihen from 2005 to 2012. Biography He was born in New York City but moved to Japan when he was one. He started piano classes with his elder sister when he was 3 years old. In 1970 he moved to Osaka. One year later he joined Chisato Elementary School. He began to study classical guitar in 1975 with his elder brother. In 1976 Kameda moved to Tokyo. He developed a hobby of trying to intercept radio signals from across the ocean, using an instrument called ''BCL'' (Broadcast Communications Limited), to hear western-style music. In 1977 he started broadcasting his own radio station (FM KAMEDA) from his room. Three years later he joined Musashi High School and bought his first bass guitar, a Yamaha BB2000. Do The Best (Do As Infinity Album)
''Do the Best'' is a greatest hits album by the musical group Do As Infinity, released in 2002. In 2004, a combined compilation ''Do the Best + DVD'' was released. Some of the tracks in the album have minor changes, such as "Oasis" having an actual, definite ending unlike the original single where it previously had faded out instead. "Nice & Easy" was a brand new song that was included, it was also used as the theme song for a Lavenus commercial song featuring lead singer and musician, Tomiko Van. The CD+DVD version of the album is a re-release which was released in 2004 and included a DVD with numerous (either live or promotional) videos of the first thirteen tracks of the CD album. ''Do the A-side'' is a compilation album from popular Japanese band Do As Infinity, following their announcement to split. It was released on September 28, 2005 and includes every single that they have made. This is the only CD album released from Do As Infinity which does not include any of the band's pictures besides their past CD single covers. There are two versions of this album, one with 2 CDs and a DVD as well as one only containing two CDs. The title of the album is similar to that of the group's 2004 compilation, ''Do the B-side'', which comprises most of the B-side tracks from first seventeen maxi singles they have released. "Under the Sun" and "Under the Moon" are songs on the double-A side thirteenth single by Do As Infinity, released in 2002. The second A-side of this single, "Under the Moon", which is an extension song to "Under the Sun", was not included in the ''True Song'' album. The song "Under the Sun" was used in games and anime, and included on the Do As Infinity ''Anime and Game Collection'' compilation album (2015).
