Troy Kopp
Troy Kopp (born August 21, 1971) is a former American and Canadian football quarterback in the Arena Football League (AFL) and Canadian Football League (CFL). He played for the Memphis Pharaohs, Anaheim Piranhas and Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He played college football at the University of the Pacific. Early years Kopp attended Mission Viejo High School. As a freshman in 1985, his life was impacted after his father lost his job, forcing the family to spend their summer sleeping either in a tent or a van. Kopp lived with three different families, over the next 3 years, while attending school. As a senior, he was the top-rated quarterback in Orange County and was named All-Southern in baseball. He also selected by the Montreal Expos in the 58th-round as a catcher. College career Kopp accepted a football scholarship from the University of the Pacific. Aaron Turner (American Football)
Aaron Turner (born c. 1971) was an American football player. He played college football for the Pacific Tigers football team from 1989 to 1992. In 11 games during the 1991 season, he caught 92 passes for 1,604 yards and 18 touchdowns. He led the NCAA major colleges that year in receiving yards. He led the Big West Conference in receiving yards for three consecutive seasons from 1990 to 1992. From 1989 to 1992, he caught 266 passes for 4,345 yards and 43 touchdowns. In 2005, he was hired as the wide receivers coach at Saint Mary's College of California. He was inducted into the University of the Pacific Athletic Hall of Fame in 2007. Wallyball (known in some places as rebound volleyball) is a fast-paced sport that is similar to volleyball played in a racquetball court, where it is legal to hit the ball off of the walls. The run and shoot offense (also known as Run N' Shoot) is an offensive system for American football which emphasizes receiver motion and on-the-fly adjustments of receivers' routes in response to different defenses. It was conceived by former high school coach Glenn "Tiger" Ellison and refined and popularized by former Portland State offensive coordinator Mouse Davis. Description The run and shoot system uses a formation consisting of one running back and usually four wide receivers. Walter William Harris (born November 9, 1946) is a former American football player and coach. Harris served as the head football coach at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California from 1989 to 1991, the University of Pittsburgh from 1997 to 2004, and at Stanford University from 2005 to 2006, compiling a career college football record of 69–85. Playing and coaching career Harris attended El Camino High School in South San Francisco, California. Harris received a bachelor's degree in 1968 and a master's degree in 1969 from the University of the Pacific, where he played college football.
