Trio (TV Series)
''Trio'' () is a South Korean television drama produced by the MBC in 2002. The drama has a total of 17 episodes. Synopsis Park, Jang and Roh were bosom friends as youths, along with Sa-yeong and Miri. Park and Jang later became entrepreneurs when they grew up. One day, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Park and his company encountered gangsters who attempted assassination upon him. The company, one driving in a Perak-registered turquoise Volvo and the other in a Kuala-Lumpur registered bluish-purple Proton Wira was chased by one gangster on a motorbike and his company. As they drove through a road surrounded by woods, the company stopped their car and took out their revolvers to shoot the gangsters, and hit the one riding on a motorbike, who fell off as he was riding on it. The Proton Wira (Malay, "hero") is a car manufactured by Malaysian carmaker Proton from 1993 to 2009. It was produced in four-door saloon and five-door hatchback models, and is based on the Mitsubishi Lancer platform. Kim Young-ok (actress)
Kim Young-ok (; born December 5, 1937) is a South Korean actress who debuted in 1957. She is known as South Korea's "National Grandma" for her many portrayals of grandmothers in film and television. Career In 1959, Kim joined the Chuncheon Broadcasting Station as an announcer through open recruitment. In 1960, She re-entered the CBS Christian Broadcasting Company as a voice actor for the 6th term. A year later, in 1961, she officially debuted as a voice actor for the 1st round of MBC Cultural Broadcasting, and in 1969 appeared in MBC TV drama for the first time. Yu Ji-in
Yu Ji-in (born January 27, 1956) is a South Korean actress active since 1974. She was born Lee Yun-hui in Seoul, South Korea in 1956 and received a bachelor's and master's degree in Theater and Film from Chung-Ang University. When she was a freshman at the school in 1974, she started her acting career after getting elected in a joint recruit held by the Yeonbang Film, and Weekly Hankook. From onwards to 1977, she appeared in one to three films per year and at the same time, she also acted as a TV actress affiliated to TBC TV. Yu was commonly referred to as "New Troika" or "Second Troika" along with her rival actresses, Jeong Yun-hui and Chang Mi-hee of the 1970s and 1980s after the "First Troika", Moon Hee, Nam Jeong-im, and Yoon Jeong-hee of the 1960s. Baek Sung-hyun (; born January 30, 1989) is a South Korean actor. Career Baek Sung-hyun made his acting debut in the 1994 film ''I Wish for What Is Forbidden to Me'' when he was five years old. The child actor practically grew up onscreen, playing the roles of an adorable son in several MBC series including ''See and See Again'' in 1998 and ''Ajumma'' (also known as ''Housewife's Rebellion'') in 2000.
