Trevor Gordon
Trevor Gordon Grunnill (19 May 1948 – 10 January 2013) was a British-Australian singer, songwriter and musician. He was a member of the late-1960s group the Marbles, whose biggest hit was the UK No. 5 "Only One Woman". Early life Gordon was born in Blackpool, Lancashire, England, as Trevor Gordon Grunnill. He emigrated to Sydney, Australia, with his family in the late 1950s. Career While still in high school, Gordon found work as a boy singer on the popular "Johnny O'Keefe" TV show leading to an exclusive contract with ABC, the Australian Television Network. This led to many live and TV appearances and Gordon was eventually made the host of his own Saturday afternoon kid's television program. During this time he met and befriended Barry, Maurice and Robin Gibb who were finding their own success in Australia as the Bee Gees. "The Walls Fell Down" is the second single by the English rock duo The Marbles with Lead vocals by Graham Bonnet. It was released in March 1969, and was written and produced by Barry Gibb, Robin Gibb, Maurice Gibb, of the Bee Gees, and was produced by Robert Stigwood. Background "The Walls Fell Down" was recorded on 10 January 1969 with other Gibb brothers-penned tracks "Love You" and "Little Boy". An instrumental work by three members of Bee Gees: Barry and Maurice Gibb, and drummer Colin Petersen. The song was released as a follow-up to "Only One Woman" but did not repeat the success of the previous single in the United Kingdom. It reached No. 28 on the UK Singles Chart, but in the Netherlands it reached No. 2. A promotional video for this song was also released. Peter Foldy
Peter Foldy is a Hungarian-born recording artist, film producer, director and screenwriter. He has been nominated for two Juno Awards and has had multiple top-ten hits across Canada and the U.S., most notably with his first song "Bondi Junction" which reached number one on the Canadian charts. He has written and directed numerous feature films working with actors such as Paul Rudd, Eugene Levy and Academy Award winner, Louise Fletcher.
