Travelle Ernest Gaines (born 9 March 1981 in Arabi, Louisiana) currently now runs his own performance facility, Athletic Gaines, after several years at Athletes’ Performance, an athletic training company based in Phoenix, Arizona. Since starting Performance Gaines in 2007, Travelle has worked with over 200 professional athletes, including both professional football and basketball players. His work has been featured on ESPN, NFL Network, and Fox Sports. Arabi () is a census-designated place (CDP) in St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana, United States. It lies on the eastern bank of the Mississippi River, between the Lower 9th Ward of New Orleans and Chalmette within the Greater New Orleans metropolitan area. The population was 4,533 at the 2020 census. History Arabi was established in the 19th century as a suburb of New Orleans, along the east bank of the Mississippi River. Demond "Bob" Sanders (born February 24, 1981) is an American former professional football player who was a safety in the National Football League (NFL) for eight seasons.
