Trauma II (born December 12, 1982, in Mexico City, Mexico) is a Mexican '' luchador enmascarado'', or masked professional wrestler working on the Mexican independent circuit and as a freelance wrestler for promotions such as International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG), portraying a '' técnico'' ("Good guy") wrestling character. Trauma II's real name is not a matter of public record, as is often the case with masked wrestlers in Mexico where their private lives are kept a secret from the wrestling fans. Trauma II is a second-generation wrestler, the son of Miguel Calderón Navarro, better known under his ring name Negro Navarro. He is the older brother of Trauma I, who he regularly teams up with under the name '' Los Traumas''. Professional Wrestling Promotion
A professional wrestling promotion is a company or business that regularly performs shows involving professional wrestling that has little relationship to the rules of the amateur olympic form. "Promotion" also describes a role which entails management, advertising and logistics of running a wrestling event (''see promoter''). Within the convention of the show, the company is a sports governing body which sanctions wrestling matches and gives authority to the championships and is responsible for maintaining the divisions and their rankings. In truth, the company serves as a touring theatre troupe, as well as event promotion body for its own events. Guerra Revolucionaria (2009)
The Guerra Revolucionaria (2009) (Spanish for "Revolutionary War") show was the first of a series of major professional wrestling events produced and scripted by the Mexican professional wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) under the name ''Guerra Revolucionaria''. The event took place on March 29, 2009 in Arena Naucalpan, Naucalpan, State of Mexico, Mexico. The main event of the show was a 20-man Battle Royal where the eliminated wrestlers would all remain at ringside, act as "Lumberjacks" to ensure none of the participants left the ring. Each lumberjack would be given a leather straps they were allowed to use on the still-active competitors. There was no official prize for winning the match other than the increased public profile of the winning wrestler. IWRG Intercontinental Lightweight Championship
The IWRG Intercontinental Lightweight Championship is a singles professional wrestling championship promoted by International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) since May 2008. The 2008 Rey del Ring (Spanish for "King of the Ring") was a major ''lucha libre'' event produced and scripted by the Mexican International Wrestling Revolution Group (IWRG) professional wrestling promotion on July 24, 2008. The show was held in Arena Naucalpan, Naucalpan, State of Mexico, which is IWRG's primary venue. The show was the seventh overall ''IWRG Rey del Ring'' show held, with the first being held in 2002. The focal point of the show was the eponymous ''Rey del Ring'' tournament, a 30-man elimination match similar in concept to the WWE's Royal Rumble match. The match was won by Scorpio Jr. when he eliminated El Hijo de Cien Caras to win the tournament. El Texano
Juan Conrado Aguilar Jáuregui (November 26, 1958 – January 15, 2006), better known by his ring name El Texano, was a Mexican '' Luchador'', or professional wrestler. From the early 1970s to the early 2000s, he wrestled under masked and unmasked monikers for various promotions including Universal Wrestling Association (UWA), World Wrestling Council (WWC), World Class Championship Wrestling (WCCW), and World Championship Wrestling (WCW), Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) and Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA).
