Transmac
The Transportes Urbanos de Macau S.A.R.L. (Transmac; ) is one of the two public bus operators in Macau, China, along with TCM). It began service in 1988, taking over the service provided by its predecessor "Fok Lei Autocarro S.A.". In Mainland China, Transmac operates bus services in Xinhui and Wuhu under the name Xinfuli. Before 2008, Xinfuli also operated in Guangzhou and Foshan, but this two cities's Xinfuli has been purchased by others. Currently, Transmac owns three depots in Macau proper and Taipa, namely Ilha Verde depot, Pac On Depot and Macau Tower Depot. Nearly all of the buses currently operated by Transmac were manufactured in mainland China. Mitsubishi Fuso Rosa minibuses are the only non-Chinese buses currently operated by Transmac. TCM (Macau)
The Sociedade de Transportes Colectivos de Macau (TCM) is one of the bus operators in Macau, China. Transmac being the other. The company began as a ferry operator in the 1950s, and did not enter bus operations until 1974, when a bridge connecting the mainland with Macau and Taipa (Ponte Governador Nobre de Carvalho) was finished. In late 2009, TCM was disqualified from a tender to operate public bus services from late 2010, as it was "four minutes late" in submitting its tender proposal on the tendering deadline. After several months of negotiation, TCM was awarded one of five batches of routes for operation since August 2011. Since retirement of Hino Rainbow buses in 2017, nearly all of its operating buses are manufactured in mainland China. The Dennis Dart is a rear-engined single-decker midibus chassis that was introduced by Dennis Specialist Vehicles of Guildford, England in 1989, replacing the Dennis Domino. Initially built as a high-floor design, In 1996 the low-floor second generation Dennis Dart SLF was launched. In 2001, production of the Dart SLF passed to TransBus International, during which time it was sold as the TransBus Dart SLF; Alexander Dennis took over production in 2004, renaming the product as the Alexander Dennis Dart SLF. Dennis Specialist Vehicles
Dennis Specialist Vehicles was an English manufacturer of commercial vehicles based in Guildford, building buses, fire engines, lorries (trucks) and municipal vehicles such as dustcarts. All vehicles were made to order to the customer's requirements and more strongly built than mass production equivalents. For most of the 20th century the Dennis company was Guildford's main employer. Following a decade of financial difficulties original shareholders sold out in 1972 and Dennis's ownership has since passed through quite a number of hands.
