Trade Centre 2 ( ar, المركز التجاري الثانية), also known as Dubai Financial Centre, is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Geography Trade Centre 2 is located in the western Dubai, along Sheikh Zayed Road. It borders Trade Centre 1 to the north, Business Bay to the south, and Zabeel to the east. Trade Centre 2 begins at Trade Centre Roundabout (Interchange No. 1), at the intersection of Sheikh Zayed Road and route D 63 (Al Dhiyafa Road) and terminates at Interchange No. 2 (Defence Roundabout). Like Trade Centre 1, Trade Centre 2 does not have a local road system. It is bounded to the east by 310th Road and to the south by route D 71 (Al Doha Street). Al Yaqoub Tower
The Al Yaqoub Tower is a tall skyscraper on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower topped out in 2010 and was completed in 2013. It has 69 floors. The building is owned privately by Daro Saifuddin Yaquob, and functions as a 224-room hotel. The building design was inspired by Elizabeth Tower (more commonly known as Big Ben) in London. However, no clock face is present on Al Yaqoub Tower. It also bears a resemblance to The Tower, a building located directly north of it. Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, also known as the Rose Tower, is a 72-storey, hotel on E 11 road (United Arab Emirates), Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is the fifth List of tallest hotels in the world, world's tallest hotel. The tower was originally to be , but design modification reduced it to 333m or 1093ft. Construction on the tower began in 2004 and was completed in 2007. The design and build contractor was the Arabian Construction Co.
