Toya Delazy
Latoya Nontokozo Buthelezi, known professionally as Toya Delazy, is a London-based South African singer, producer, pianist, dancer and performer from Zululand, known for her signature music genre called "AfroRave", infusing techno, drum&bass and beats with Zulu lyricism. Delazy was nominated in the Best International Act (Africa) category at the 2013 BET Awards. Her debut studio album ''Due Drop'' was supported by five singles: "Pump It On", "Love Is in the Air", "Are You Gonna Stay?", "Heart" and "Memoriam". Following the album's release, Delazy took home two awards at the 2013 SAMAs, including Newcomer of the Year. Biography and music career Delazy was born in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Mthonjaneni is an administrative area in the King Cetshwayo District of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa. Mthonjaneni is an isiZulu name meaning "a spring of water". There is a spring found in the vicinity of the municipality where King Dingaan used to send his maidens to collect water for him. The municipality was enlarged at the time of the South African municipal election, 2016 when part of the disbanded Ntambanana Local Municipality was merged into it. Mangosuthu Buthelezi
Prince Mangosuthu Gatsha Buthelezi (born 27 August 1928) is a South African politician and Zulu traditional leader who is currently a Member of Parliament and the traditional prime minister to the Zulu royal family. He was Chief Minister of the KwaZulu bantustan during apartheid and founded the Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) in 1975. He also served as Minister of Home Affairs from 1994 to 2004. Buthelezi was one of the most prominent black politicians of the apartheid era and his legacy in that period remains controversial. He was the sole political leader of the KwaZulu government, entering when it was still the native reserve of Zululand in 1970 and remaining in office until it was abolished in 1994.
