Gerald Toto
Gerald Toto (born 1967) is a French lyricist, composer, performer, multi-instrumentalist and artistic director. Music career Toto was born, Saint-Cloud, France. Part of the underground scene in the middle of the 1990s, he chose a new direction by becoming the artistic director and composer of the first album of the well known Faudel (writing songs such as "Tellement je t'aime") On the heels of the commercial success Gerald Toto released his first album, ''Les Premiers Jours'' (Warner, 1998), a mix between cashew music and the music of Daniel Lanois. Then came Middle Eastern electro with the band Smadj and the vocal improvisations of "Toto Bona Lokua" with Richard Bona and Lokua Kanza (No Format!, 2004). In 2006 Toto came back with a new album, ''Kitchenette'' (V2music). Jonathan Toto
Jonathan Toto (born 30 March 1990) is a French former professional footballer who played as a forward. An Metz youth product, Toto began his senior career in Cameroon with Canon Yaoundé before moving to Italy to sign for Legnano. He moved to Scotland signing as an amateur for Greenock Morton before being quickly released. He moved to Singapore with Étoile in 2011 and then to under-23 side Courts Young Lions. Career Youth level Toto started his professional career in the youth teams at Metz. He holds French nationality. Scotland Heart of Midlothian manager Jim Jefferies brought Toto to Edinburgh on trial in August 2010 and was trying to finalise the deal with the FIGC over his registration> after his last club Legnano were wound up. Ismet Toto ( Progonat, 1908 – Gjirokastër, 1937) was an Albanian bureaucrat, publicist, writer and political activist. Along with Vangjel Koça, Branko Merxhani and Nebil Çika, he was one of the main representatives of the Neo-Albanianism (neo-shqiptarizma) school of thought in the '30s. Biography Toto was born on 1908 in Progonat, Kurvelesh, Labëria into an Albanian nationalist family. He graduated in the American Technical School in Tirana and went on to study in economics in the Sapienza University of Rome. During the early 1930s he became known for his writings on the topics of religion, philosophy and ethics. His tract "Grindje me klerin" was amongst the first and one of the most known anti-religious works in Albania. Linet Toto
Linet Chepkorir Toto (born 1997) is a Kenyan politician under the UDA party. After the general election on 9 August 2022, Chepkorir, better known as Toto, is presumed to be the youngest woman to be elected to the National Assembly, currently the Woman Representative in Bomet County. Early life Linet Chepkorir, popularly known as Toto, was the third born child to Leonard Lang’at and Betty Lang’at in Chemomul, Bomet County. She went to Kapsimbiri Elementary School, where she sat for her KCPE and later on joined Kapsimbiri Secondary School before transferring to Siwot Secondary for her secondary education. She graduated from Tharaka University in April 2021. Political career Linet was elected woman representative in the National Assembly for Bomet County in the 2022 general election.
