Torquato Dini
Torquato Dini (27 June 1893 – 26 March 1934) was an Italian prelate of the Catholic Church who led the Pontifical Urban University for a decade. He was appointed the pope's representative to a group of countries in the Middle East and Africa but died just as he was taking up that assignment. Biography Torquato Dini was born on 27 June 1893 in Sant'Angelo in Vado, Italy. He was Rector of the Pontifical Urban University, the educational arm of the Congregation for the Propagation of the Faith, from 1925 to 1934. Sant'Angelo In Vado
Sant'Angelo in Vado is a ''comune'' (municipality), site of Ancient Tifernum Metaurense and former bishopric in the Province of Pesaro e Urbino in the central Italy, Italian Adriatic region Marche. Geography It is located about west of Ancona and about southwest of Pesaro. Its territory is crossed by the Metauro river. The municipality borders with Apecchio, Belforte all'Isauro, Carpegna, Mercatello sul Metauro, Peglio, Marche, Peglio, Piandimeleto, Urbania and Urbino. Dara (Mesopotamia)
Dara or Daras ( el, Δάρας, syr, ܕܪܐ) was an important East Roman fortress city in northern Mesopotamia on the border with the Sassanid Empire. Because of its great strategic importance, it featured prominently in the Roman-Persian conflicts (in 530, 540, 544, 573, and 604). The former archbishopric remains a multiple Catholic titular see. Today the Turkish village of Oğuz, Mardin Province, occupies its location.
