Top Chef Amateurs
''Top Chef Amateurs'' is an American reality competition series which premiered on July 1, 2021, on Bravo. It is a spin-off of the ''Top Chef'' television series, featuring home cooks instead of professional chefs. In each episode, two home cooks compete head-to-head in challenges drawn from previous seasons of ''Top Chef''. Each amateur is paired with a past ''Top Chef'' contestant, who acts as an advisor and sous chef. The series is hosted by Gail Simmons, who also serves as head judge. Saugerties () is a town in the northeastern corner of Ulster County, New York. The population was 19,038 at the time of the 2020 Census, a decline from 19,482 in 2010. The village of the same name is located entirely within the town. Part of the town is inside Catskill Park.
