Tony Brown (Australian Rules Footballer)
Tony Brown (born 28 May 1977) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who has played in the Australian Football League (AFL) and the South Australian National Football League (SANFL). He had to make the choice between cricket and football after representing Victoria in under age cricket. Originally from the Geelong Falcons, Brown was drafted by St Kilda Football Club at the 1994 AFL Draft and made his senior AFL debut in 1995. Playing as a rover, Brown was a hard-running player, and was a committed and whole hearted individual who was greatly respected within the club. Brown played in St Kilda’s 1996 AFL Ansett Australia Cup winning side. Brown played in 21 of 22 matches in the 1997 AFL season home and away rounds in which St Kilda Football Club qualified in first position for the finals, winning the club’s second Minor Premiership and first McClelland Trophy. Tony Browne
Tony Browne (born 1 July 1973) is an Irish hurler who played as a right wing-back for the Waterford senior team from 1991 until his retirement from inter-county hurling in 2014. Browne made his first appearance for the team during the 1991–92 National League and immediately became a regular member of the starting fifteen. During his inter-county career, he won four Munster winners' medals and one National League winners' medal. He ended up as an All-Ireland runner-up on one occasion. At club level Browne is a one-time Munster medalist with Mount Sion. In addition to this he has won seven county club championship medals. Browne has a number of personal achievements, including being the most "capped" Waterford hurler of all-time. The Margolis Brown Adaptors Company (MBAC) is an internationally touring physical theatre company that also houses the Margolis Method Training Center now located in Highland, New York. It was established in New York City in 1984 by Kari Margolis and Tony Brown. As co-artistic directors, Margolis and Brown have thus far co-authored, directed, and sometimes performed in 16 full-length theatrical productions, as well as numerous site-specific works at such places as the Brooklyn Museum, Coney Island, and the historic John A. James Anthony Brown OBE (born 5 January 1950) is a Manx politician, former businessman and electrician who was the Chief Minister of the Isle of Man from 2006 until October 2011, when he stepped down from office following his decision to retire. A former member of the Stamps Quartet and backing musician for Emmylou Harris, Brown has primarily worked as a producer since the late 1980s.
