Toni Lamond
Patricia Lamond Lawman AM (born 29 March 1932), professionally known as Toni Lamond, is an Australian vaudevillian, cabaret performer, singer, actress, dancer, and comedian. She has had a successful career spanning some 80 years, both locally and internationally, including in the United Kingdom and United States She was given the nickname of "Lolly-Legs Lamond" by actor Noel Ferrier, after being voted as having the second-best pair of legs in television while appearing on TV show ''In Melbourne Tonight''. Lamond started her career as a variety entertainer at only ten and was the first woman in the world to host a midday show. The second was her younger half-sister Helen Reddy. The Order of Australia is an honour that recognises Australian citizens and other persons for outstanding achievement and service. Michael Falzon (16 May 1972 – 23 June 2020) was an Australian musical theatre/rock tenor actor, and producer, who ran his own production company, Good Egg Creative. Primarily known for his roles in ''We Will Rock You'', ''Rock of Ages,'' and '' Hedwig and The Angry Inch'', his career encompassed intimate cabaret performances including ''Michael Falzon and Trio'', and ''Michael Falzon – Plugged In!'' through to arena performances in ''Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of the Worlds'', both in Australia and in Europe. The Seymour Centre is a multi-purpose performing arts centre within the University of Sydney in the Australian city of Sydney. It is located on the corner of City Rd and Cleveland St in Chippendale, just south-west of the city centre. The building was designed by architectural firm Allen Jack+Cottier and was opened in 1975. ''My Fair Lady'' is a musical based on George Bernard Shaw's 1913 play ''Pygmalion'', with a book and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner and music by Frederick Loewe. ''42nd Street'' is a 1980 stage musical with a book by Michael Stewart and Mark Bramble, lyrics by Al Dubin and Johnny Mercer and music by Harry Warren. The 1980 Broadway production won the Tony Awards for Best Musical and Best Choreography and it became a long-running hit. The show was also produced in London in 1984 (winning the Olivier Award for Best Musical) and its 2001 Broadway revival won the Tony Award for Best Revival.
