Tommy Kraemer
Tommy Kraemer (born April 16, 1998) is an American football offensive guard for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for Notre Dame. Personal life and high school Tommy Kraemer was born on April 16, 1998, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He attended Elder High School, where he protected future Northwestern and rival quarterback Peyton Ramsey. After his successful time at Elder High School, Kraemer won the Gatorade Ohio Player of the Year award. College career Kraemer was rated as the fourth-best player from the state of Ohio going into college and chose to attend University of Notre Dame. In his freshman year, Kraemer never was entered into a game. In his sophomore year, Kraemer started his first game and later started twelve out of the thirteen games that season. Northwestern Wildcats Football
The Northwestern Wildcats football team represents Northwestern University as an NCAA Division I college football team and member of the Big Ten Conference based near Chicago in Evanston, Illinois. Founded in 1851, Northwestern began playing football in 1882. Its football mascot is the Wildcat, a term coined by a ''Chicago Tribune'' reporter in 1924, after reporting on a football game where the players appeared as "a wall of purple wildcats". The 2021 NFL Draft was the 86th National Football League Draft, the annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises to select newly eligible players for the 2021 NFL season. The draft was held in Cleveland from April 29 to May 1, 2021. Peyton Ramsey (born October 31, 1997) is an American football quarterback. He played for the Indiana Hoosiers and Northwestern Wildcats in his college football career. Early years Ramsey grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and attended Elder High School, where he played football and basketball. His father, Doug Ramsey, is Elder's head football coach. He was named the Greater Catholic League South Player of the Year after he threw for 2,062 yards and 13 touchdowns and rushed for 908 yards and 12 touchdowns in his junior season.
