Tommy Armstrong, Jr.
Tommy Armstrong Jr. (born November 8, 1993) is an American football quarterback for Omaha Beef of the Continental Indoor Football League (IFL). He played college football as a quarterback for Nebraska. Early years Armstrong was born in Gulfport, Mississippi. Due to the effects of Hurricane Katrina along the Mississippi Gulf Coast in the summer of 2005, Armstrong evacuated to San Antonio, Texas to live with his younger brother and father. High school career Armstrong attended Steele High School in Cibolo, Texas, a suburb 15 miles northeast of San Antonio. As a senior, he passed for 1,945 yards with 29 touchdowns with two interceptions and rushed for 1,281 yards and 16 touchdowns. He was a four-star recruit by Scout.com. The 2015 Nebraska Cornhuskers football team represented the University of Nebraska in the 2015 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team was coached by first-year head coach Mike Riley and played their home games at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, Nebraska. They were members of the West Division of the Big Ten Conference. Nebraska struggled with many close losses in the 2015 season and finished the regular season with a 5–7 overall record, but was able to hand a playoff-bound and Big Ten champion Michigan State team their only loss of the regular season. The 2012 Nebraska Cornhuskers football team represented the University of Nebraska in the 2012 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team was coached by Bo Pelini and played their home games at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, Nebraska. Taylor Martinez
Taylor Todd Martinez (born September 15, 1990) is a former American football quarterback. He played college football at Nebraska. High school career Martinez played his senior year of high school football at Centennial High School in Corona, California, where he was a teammate of Vontaze Burfict and Will Sutton. At Centennial he passed for over 3,000 yards, including 28 touchdowns with a 61 percent pass completion. Taylor also rushed for 750 yards with 12 touchdowns.
