Tomi Maanoja
Tomi Maanoja (born 12 September 1986) is a Finnish former professional goalkeeper. Maanoja has been capped twice for Finland. Career Maanoja made his first appearance in the Veikkausliiga with AC Allianssi from Vantaa in 2005. He completed a move to the neighbouring city's (Espoo) most notable football club, FC Honka, the following season. Maanoja was regarded as one of the best Finnish young goalkeepers and attracted interest from several foreign clubs before his move to AIK on 29 July 2008. On 28 February 2009, Maanoja became seriously injured in a pre-season game against Assyriska Föreningen. He broke his leg in two places, rushing out to stop an Assyriska attack. The injury made him miss the 2009 UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship, hosted in Sweden, in the summer. He also missed the whole 2009 Allsvenskan season, when AIK won the double. Espoo (, ; sv, Esbo) is a city and municipality in the region of Uusimaa in the Republic of Finland. 2009 UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship
The 2009 UEFA European Under-21 Championship began on 15 June 2009, and was the 17th UEFA European Under-21 Championship. This was the first tournament after the competition reverted to a two-year format, following the single-year 2006–07 competition, which allowed the change to odd-numbered years. Sweden hosted the final tournament in June 2009; therefore, their under-21 team qualified automatically. Players born on or after 1 January 1986 were eligible to play in this competition. Qualification The qualifying draw split the nations onto 10 groups of 5 or 6 teams. The seeding pots are formed on the basis of former performance in the tournament. Supercupen
Svenska Supercupen, ''Swedish Super Cup'', was a one-off fixture in Swedish football played between the Allsvenskan champions and the winners of Svenska Cupen. The fixture was played in November, after the Allsvenskan season. In the event of a club winning the double (as AIK did in 2009 and Helsingborg in 2011) the runner up of the Allsvenskan would take part. In 2011, Helsingborgs IF became the first team to have won Svenska Supercupen and not being the defending Allsvenskan champions. The winner of Svenska Supercupen received a prize money of 250,000 SEK. The 2015 match, which became the last edition, was played on 8 November at Nya Parken, Norrköping where league winners IFK Norrköping competed against cup winners IFK Göteborg. Svenska Cupen
Svenska Cupen (, ''The Swedish Cup'') is a knockout cup competition in Swedish football and the main Swedish football cup. Svenska Cupen usually refers to the men's tournament, although a women's tournament is also held. Each year 96 teams compete, comprising the 16 teams from Allsvenskan and the 16 teams of Superettan together with 64 teams from lower tiers of the league system. The winners qualify for the qualifying stages of the UEFA Europa League. The winner is awarded Gustaf VI Adolf Cup. Compared to cups in many other countries, Svenska Cupen attracts considerably less public interest and even the cup final is rarely sold out. Allsvenskan (; en, the All-Swedish, also known as Fotbollsallsvenskan, en, the Football All-Swedish) is a Swedish professional league for men's association football clubs. It was founded in 1924 and is the top tier of the Swedish football league system, operating on a system of promotion and relegation with Superettan. Seasons run from late March or early April to the beginning of November, with the 16 clubs all meeting each other twice, resulting in a 30-match season, for a total of 240 matches league-wide. Allsvenskan is ranked 23rd in the UEFA coefficients of leagues based on performances in European competitions over the last five years. Finnish League Cup
The Finnish League Cup was a knock-out association football, football competition contested annually during the pre-season in winter by teams from Veikkausliiga. The league cup was abolished after the 2016 tournament and replaced with the Finnish Cup group stage starting from the 2017 season. League cup will be played again in spring of 2022. Iven Austbø
Iven Austbø (born 22 February 1985) is a Norwegian former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Career Austbø began his senior career in Viking, where he got his debut on the top level in Norway in 2004. Austbø became Viking's first choice goalkeeper after Anthony Basso left the club in 2006, and remained the first choice for the rest of the season. When Viking brought Thomas Myhre home from Charlton in 2007, Austbø was put back on the bench. Wanting to play first team football, Austbø signed for Stabæk in 2008, but again found himself to be the second choice behind Jon Knudsen. He was sold to Sandefjord in 2011, where he was the club's first choice goalkeeper in Adeccoligaen for three seasons. After the 2013 season, he signed for Viking again. Alta Idrettsforening is a sports club from Alta, Norway. The club is most known for its association football department, which played in the 1. divisjon until 2014. Alta currently plays in 2. divisjon, the third tier of the Norwegian football league system. The club was newly promoted for the 2008 season; its last stint up to that time in the division came in 2005, when they finished last. The team finished 14th in the 2009 season.
