Tomaž Kavčič
Tomaž Kavčič (born 28 November 1953) is a Slovenian football manager and former player who played as a midfielder. Kavčič was the manager of the Slovenian national team between 2017 and 2018, and Slovenian under-21 team for eight years between 2008 and 2014; he was also an assistant manager of the national team manager Srečko Katanec between 2016 and 2017. While playing for Gorica he scored his debut goal in the Slovenian PrvaLiga aged 38 years and 4 months, which is still a Slovenian record. Managerial career After finishing his playing career he took his first coaching job as assistant manager to Milan Miklavič at Gorica in 1995 where he worked until 1997 and got his first experience in the Slovenian top tier. Novo Mesto
Novo Mesto (; sl, Novo mesto; also known by other alternative names) is a city on a bend of the Krka River in the City Municipality of Novo Mesto in southeastern Slovenia, close to the border with Croatia. The town is traditionally considered the economic and cultural centre of the historical Lower Carniola region. Name Novo Mesto was attested in historical sources in 1365 as ''Růdolfswerde'' (and as ''Rudolfswerd'' in 1392 and ''Noua Mesta'' in 1419). A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders. Robert Berić (born 17 June 1991) is a Slovenian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Chinese Super League club Tianjin Jinmen Tiger. In the 2014–15 season, he ranked 11th in the European Golden Shoe award. Haris Vučkić (born 21 August 1992) is a Slovenian professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Buriram United. The UEFA European Under-21 Championship, the UEFA Under-21 Championship or simply the Euro Under-21, is a biennial football competition contested by the European men's under-21 national teams of the UEFA member associations. The Sava (; , ; sr-cyr, Сава, hu, Száva) is a river in Central and Southeast Europe, a right-bank and the longest tributary of the Danube. The UEFA Regions' Cup is a football competition for amateur teams in Europe, run by UEFA. It was held for the first time in 1999 and has been played biennially since. The 2019 champions are the Lower Silesia team from Poland. The competition was created in 1996 as there was no European level competition for amateur teams. The UEFA Amateur Cup, a previous attempt to organise a continental competition for amateurs, had run from 1966 to 1978, but ceased due to lack of interest from both the public and amateur teams themselves. In contrast to today's Regions' Cup, in which amateur regions are represented, the previous competition was for representative amateur national teams. The Slovenian PrvaLiga ( sl, Prva slovenska nogometna liga, ), currently named Prva liga Telemach due to sponsorship reasons, also known by the abbreviation 1.
