Tomasz Jaskóła
Tomasz Janusz Jaskóła (born 31 July 1974, Częstochowa) is a Polish politician and teacher. Member of the Sejm (2015-2019). Biography He graduated from the Jan Długosz University. He belonged to the Poland Together (2014–2015) and The Republicans (2015). In 2014, he unsuccessfully applied for the Silesian Regional Assembly from the KWW Independent Self-government of the Silesian Voivodeship. He started to the Sejm in the 28 Częstochowa district from the first place from Kukiz'15, organized by Paweł Kukiz. He obtained the mandate of the 8th term of Sejm, receiving 10,952 votes. In the local elections in 2018 he became the candidate of Kukiz'15 for the presidency of Częstochowa. He received 5.27% of votes and he did not get a choice for this function. He also ran unsuccessfully in the European Parliament election in 2019. Paweł Piotr Kukiz (born 24 June 1963) is a Polish politician, singer and actor. He is the leader of Kukiz'15, a non-partisan political alliance campaigning for single-member districts, and was a candidate in the 2015 presidential election, in which he received 21% of the votes in the first round of the elections, finishing third. Since 2015 Kukiz is a member of Polish parliament. He was a co-leader of the Polish Coalition, until Kukiz'15 left in late 2020. Real Politics Union
The Real Politics Union ( pl, Unia Polityki Realnej, UPR) is a national conservative and economically liberal political party in Poland. In the past it was right-libertarian and classical liberal. Popular support and funding UPR was founded in 1987 as the classic liberal Real Politics Movement by Janusz Korwin-Mikke, who later became its long-term leader. In the 1990s and 2000s UPR consistently had the support of 1–2% of voters in general elections, too low to receive public funding under Polish electoral law. As a consequence, it has faced prolonged financial difficulties since its inception. In the 1991 legislative election, the party won 3 seats. 2019 European Parliament Election In Poland
On Sunday 26 May 2019, a vote was held to elect the Polish delegation to the European Parliament. Polish voters elected 52 MEPs, compared to 51 in the 2014 election. The increased number of MEPs is a result of the 2018 reapportionment of seats in the European Parliament. Following the United Kingdom's announcement, that it will participate in elections to the European Parliament on May 23, Poland will continue to be represented by 51 MEPs. The 52nd MEP will take up their mandate immediately after the UK leaves the European Union. Kukiz'15
Kukiz'15 is a right-wing populist political party in Poland led by Paweł Kukiz. It was formed in 2015 as a loose movement that registered itself as an association in 2016 and later as a political party in 2020. Initially, it was connected with far-right parties such as National Movement although since 2016 they have moderated its political outlook. During the 2018 local elections, it coordinated with the socially conservative Right Wing of the Republic and in 2019 they joined the Polish Coalition. Due to its eurosceptic stances, its membership was terminated from the coalition and in May 2021 they announced their support for the ruling United Right coalition.
