Tom Van Weert
Tom van Weert (born 7 June 1990) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a forward for Greek Super League club AEK Athens. Career Den Bosch Van Weert made his debut in professional football in the Eerste Divisie (second-tier) for Den Bosch on 5 December 2008 in a match against PEC Zwolle. On 6 March 2009, he scored his first senior goal in a 7–1 win over Eindhoven. In the 2010–11 season he grew into a regular starter for the club. Van Weert suffered a serious injury during a match against Eindhoven on 28 April 2013, with the MRI scan revealing that he had torn off his anterior cruciate ligament. Due to this injury, he was only able to make his comeback in the play-offs of the 2013–14 season. Excelsior On 10 June 2014, Excelsior announced that they had signed van Weert on a transfer. Sint-Michielsgestel () is a village in the municipality of Sint-Michielsgestel, Netherlands. Geography The 120 km long river Dommel flows north from a well near Peer in Belgium. Just north of 's-Hertogenbosch it is joined by the Aa and joins the Meuse as Dieze. It currently divides Sint-Michielsgestel in two parts. In the past the Dommel was important as a transport axis and had crucial influence on the village's history. The Danish Cup ( da, Landspokalturneringen; often referred to as Pokalen) is the official "knockout" cup competition in Danish football, run by the Danish Football Association. The cup has been contested annually since 1955. The winner will qualify for the UEFA Europa League tournament the following year, where they (as of the 2009–10 season) will enter in the third qualifying round. The KNVB Beker (; en, KNVB Cup), branded as the TOTO KNVB Beker for sponsorship reasons, is a competition in the Netherlands organized by the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) since 1898. Matías Jesús Almeyda (; born 21 December 1973) is an Argentine professional football manager and former player who is the current manager of Greek Super League club AEK Athens.
