Tom Berte
Tom Berte (born September 25, 1943) is an American semi-retired professional stock car racing driver. He has competed in the ARCA Menards Series from 2003 to 2020, with a majority of his starts being with Venturini Motorsports. He last competed part time in the No. 12 Toyota for Fast Track Racing. Racing career Berte attempted to make his ARCA Re/Max Series debut in 2003, driving for his own team in the No. 40 Chevrolet at Lowe's Motor Speedway, but ultimately failed to qualify. He would attempt to qualify for two races the following year, and Charlotte and at Chicagoland Speedway, failing to qualify for both events. Berte would eventually make his first start in 2005, driving the No. 10 Pontiac for Fast Track Racing at the Milwaukee Mile, finishing 28th in the event. He would make one more start in the year, driving at Chicagoland, finishing 41st due to electrical issues. Road America
Road America is a motorsport road course located near Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, United States on Wisconsin Highway 67. It has hosted races since the 1950s and currently hosts races in the NASCAR Cup and Xfinity Series, WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, IndyCar Series, SCCA Pirelli World Challenge, ASRA, AMA Superbike series, and SCCA Pro Racing's Trans-Am Series. NASCAR will replace Road America with street racing through Downtown Chicago starting in 2023. Current track and facilities Road America is a permanent road course. The Daytona ARCA 200, currently known for sponsorship reasons as the Hard Rock Bet 200 is a ARCA Menards Series race held during Speedweeks at Daytona International Speedway in February. It was previously known as the Brandt 200 Supporting Florida FFA. History In 1990, the race is mostly remembered of a series of accidents, including 1970 winner and 1976 Daytona 500 polesitter Ramo Stott rolling over in the middle of the track and causing a 10 car pile-up. The 2003 ARCA Re/Max Series was the 51st season of the ARCA Racing Series, a division of the Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA). The season began on February 8, 2003, with the Advance Discount Auto Parts 200 at Daytona International Speedway. Kansas Speedway is a tri-oval race track in the Village West area near Kansas City, Kansas, United States. It was built in 2001 and it currently hosts two annual NASCAR race weekends.
