Tjibbe Joustra
Tjibbe Herman Jan Joustra (born 6 February 1951) is a Dutch civil servant. He is chairman of the Association of Private Security Organizations and Detective Agencies (Dutch: ''Vereniging Particuliere Beveiligingsorganisaties en recherchebureaus (VPB)'') and of the horticultural association (Dutch: '' Productschap Tuinbouw''). He is the former chairman of the board of the and the former National Antiterrorism Coordinator. Joustra is a former member of the party D66, but he helped write the election program of the VVD for the 2010 House of Representatives election. Career Joustra was born in Hengelo and studied law at the University of Groningen. He graduated in 1975, on a thesis on United States antitrust law. He then joined the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality legal department. Staatsbosbeheer, founded in 1899, is a Dutch government organization for forestry and the management of nature reserves. Staatsbosbeheer currently oversees over 250,000 hectares of land in the Netherlands. Usually this land is open to the public for recreational purposes, but restrictions often apply. Examples are the compulsory use of a leash when bringing a dog, or daytime access only. The organization has been criticized for not taking close enough care of its lands, or for interfering with political decisions, but news reports are generally positive or simply report public service announcements from the organization. Pieter Van Vollenhoven
Pieter van Vollenhoven Jr. (born April 30, 1939) is the husband of Princess Margriet of the Netherlands and a member, by marriage, of the Dutch Royal House. Early life and career Van Vollenhoven was born in Schiedam, he is the second son of Pieter van Vollenhoven Sr. (1897–1977) and his wife Jacoba Gijsbertha Stuylingh de Lange (1906–1983). The van Vollenhoven family and the Stuylingh de Lange family belong to the Dutch patriciate. Van Vollenhoven attended secondary school in Rotterdam, and he subsequently studied law at the University of Leiden. He graduated in 1965, after which he worked as a legal officer for the Netherlands Council of State.
