Mina Anna Maria Mazzini (born 25 March 1940) or Mina Anna Quaini (for the Swiss civil registry), known mononymously as Mina, is an Italian-Swiss singer and actress. ''Il cielo in una stanza'' is an album by Italian singer Mina, issued in 1960. It was published on CD in 1992 and re-issued in 2009 in a new vinyl version by label Carosello. In 1965, the label Philips issued the same record with Spanish versions of the songs in Argentina. Even if the actual authors of the song "Il cielo in una stanza" are Gino Paoli and Mogol, the credits of the album say the authors were Toang (Renato Angiolini) and Mogol. The song was covered by Mina herself in 1969 (for the album '' I discorsi'') and in 1988 (for the album '' Oggi ti amo di più''). Nicola Salerno, also known as Nisa (11 March 1910 – 22 May 1969) was an Italian lyricist. He formed a famous songwriting duo with Renato Carosone. Career Nicola Salerno was born in Naples, Italy. His first hit was "Eulalia Torricelli" of 1947, about the unhappy love story between a wealthy girl from Forlì and a guy named Giosuè. Nisa put the whole team of songwriters in the lyrics, as heirs to the beautiful Eulalia: "Un castello lo dà a Nisa, un castello lo dà a Redi, un castello, ma il più bello, al maestro Olivieri lo dà" ("she gives one castle to Nisa, one castle to Redi, but the most beautiful ones goes to Maestro Olivieri"). Umberto Bindi (12 May 1932 – 23 May 2002) was an Italian singer-songwriter. He is especially known for the popular song he co-wrote with Gino Paoli, ''Il Mio Mondo'' ("You're My World"), which he recorded in Italian in 1963. Pino Massara (24 April 1931 - 23 July 2013) was an Italian musician, composer, record producer and conductor. Born in Vigevano as Giuseppe Previde Massara, graduated in chemistry, from the university years he devoted himself to jazz music. Francesco "Franco" Migliacci (born 28 October 1930 in Mantua) is a lyricist, producer, and actor. Biography He studied in Florence where his family had settled, here he entered in a competition for young players, in which he won a stay of three days to Cinecittà and a modest role in a film by Nino Taranto. After this, he moved to Rome and the world of cinema where he worked in small parts in about 18 films. In 1958, with Domenico Modugno, Migliacci coauthored the song ''Nel Blu Dipinto Di Blu'', aka '' Volare'', which has become one of the most well-known Italian songs in the world. Leo Chiosso (b. Turin, 8 August 1920 – d. Chieri, Italy, 26 November 2006) was an Italian lyricist mostly known for his work with Fred Buscaglione. They formed a songwriting duo who produced about forty songs and created Buscaglione's public persona, a humorous tough guy with a penchant for whisky and women. Chiosso and Buscaglione met in 1938 in the night-club scene of Turin, hometown to both of them. At that time, Chiosso was a university student, while Buscaglione eked out a living as a jazz singer and musician in those clubs. Their friendship was abruptly interrupted by World War II. Chiosso was deported to Poland, while Buscaglione ended up in a US internment camp in Sardinia.
