Timothy Taeil Hwang (born February 20, 1992) is an American businessman, the current co-founder and CEO of FiscalNote, a global software, data, and media company. Early life Tim Hwang was born on February 20, 1992, in East Lansing, Michigan, the son of immigrants from South Korea. His family later moved to Potomac, Maryland, Potomac, Maryland, where he was elected as the student member of the Montgomery County Board Of Education and graduated from Thomas S. Muriel Elizabeth Bowser (born August 2, 1972) is an American politician serving since 2015 as the eighth mayor of the District of Columbia. A member of the Democratic Party, she previously represented the 4th ward as a member of the Council of the District of Columbia from 2007 to 2015.
