Timestorm 2009–2099
''Timestorm 2009–2099'' is a 2009 Marvel Comics limited series. It was written by Brian Reed with pencils by Eric Battle. The series is a crossover between the mainstream Marvel Universe and a universe very similar to, but with notable differences from, the Marvel 2099 universe. Publication history ''Timestorm 2009–2099'' is a four-issue mini-series, with two one-shots to give the story extra depth. These two one-shots focus on Spider-Man and Wolverine, with art by Wes Craig and Frazer Irving, respectively. Synopsis In the future, Jake Gallows is sent to the present by Alchemax CEO Tyler Stone to eliminate superheroes. Gallows uses a chrono-device to send Spider-Man and Wolverine to his own time, thereby altering the future. Christopher Shy
Christopher Shy, who occasionally goes by the pen name "Ronin", is a freelance fantasy and science fiction artist. Biography Christopher Shy created Studio Ronin in 1994 to highlight his art. With George Vasilakos, Shy conceived the zombie RPG '' All Flesh Must Be Eaten'' (2000). In 2003, he joined forces with author Philip J. Reed to create the company Ronin Arts. His work includes character portraits for White Wolf's ''Mage: The Ascension (Revised Edition)'' and '' Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV, Volume One: From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness'', a graphic novel written by Claudio Sanchez. Meanstreak (Henri Huang) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character appeared in the futuristic comic book line Marvel 2099 in ''X-Men 2099''. His creators were John Francis Moore and Ron Lim. Fictional character biography Little character backstory is given to Meanstreak, aside from saying that he was a scientist at Alchemax, working alongside Jordan Boone. After Jordan helped Henri break the "Unbreakable" Alchemax contract, Henri left New York, where he eventually ran into Krystalin in Berkeley and was recruited into Xi'an's X-Men, where he was given the codename Meanstreak. ''Ghost Rider 2099'' is a comic book series that was published by Marvel Comics, under the Marvel 2099 imprint, from 1994 to 1996. The series is set in the year 2099, in a dystopian possible future of the Marvel Universe, and features Kenshiro "Zero" Cochrane, a hacker who was killed but resurrected as the Ghost Rider — his mind controlling a powerful and well-armed robot. The Human Torch (Jonathan "Johnny" Storm) is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character is a founding member of the Fantastic Four. He is writer Stan Lee's and artist Jack Kirby's reinvention of a similar, previous character, the android Human Torch of the same name and powers who was created in 1939 by writer-artist Carl Burgos for Marvel Comics' predecessor company, Timely Comics. Sabra Sabreclaw Sabreclaw is a character in the MC2 universe who first appeared in '' J2'' #8 (May 1999). He is the half-brother of Wild Thing and the son of Wolverine. Frazer Irving (born 1970) is a British comic book artist known for the series '' Necronauts'', published by the British magazine '' 2000 AD''. After breaking into the American market he has worked on a number of superhero titles, including a series of collaborations with Grant Morrison. Career A native of Ilford, Essex, Irving studied art at the University of Portsmouth, England, after which he took various temporary jobs in London.
