Timothy Joseph Hill (born May 21, 1958) is an American animator, film director, screenwriter, voice actor and producer. Career Hill began his career in the 1990s as a television writer, director and storyboard artist for ''Rocko's Modern Life'' (with Stephen Hillenburg), ''Exit 57'', ''KaBlam!'', ''SpongeBob SquarePants'' and ''Kenny the Shark''. He also created the ''KaBlam!'' skit ''Action League Now!! Hill directed the films ''Muppets from Space'', ''Max Keeble's Big Move'', '' Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties'', ''Alvin and the Chipmunks'', and '' Hop''. Paul E. Dinello (born November 28, 1962) is an American comedian, actor, and writer, best known for his collaborations with Stephen Colbert and Amy Sedaris. He portrayed Geoffrey Jellineck on Comedy Central's ''Strangers with Candy'', and later became a writer and supervising producer for ''The Colbert Report'' and then ''The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.'' ''Whoopi's Littleburg'' is a musical miniseries of three specials produced for Nickelodeon's Nick Jr. block. It was created by Jonny Belt and Robert Scull, the latter of whom co-directed the show along with Tim Hill. The show uses a blend of puppetry and live-action characters. The miniseries focuses on a five-year-old piglet named Spencer, who has recently moved to the town of Littleburg. Young children and puppets make up the majority of the population and hold the community's jobs, and very few adult characters are seen. The only major adult characters are Spencer's mother and Mayor Whoopi (portrayed by Whoopi Goldberg), whose behavior resembles that of a preschool teacher.
