Tiit Niilo
Tiit Niilo (born 30 May 1962) is an Estonian politician. He was a member of X Riigikogu. Early life Niilo was born in Võru and graduated from the Estonian University of Life Sciences in 1986 with a degree in electrical engineering. Career Niilo ran in the spring 2003 Riigikogu elections in Võru, Valga and Põlva counties on the Res Publica Party ticket, collecting 787 votes. Võru
Võru (; vro, Võro; german: Werro) is a town and a municipality in south-eastern Estonia. It is the capital of Võru County and the centre of Võru Parish. Võru County

Res Publica Party
Res Publica Party ( et, Erakond Res Publica) was a political party in Estonia that self-identified as conservative. Established as a party on 8 December 2001, the political organisation Res Publica was founded already as early as 1989 and existed as a community of young conservatives, mostly associated with the Pro Patria Union party during the 1990s.
