Tiina Saario
Tiina Saario (born 15 January 1982) is a Finnish football midfielder. She plays club football for MPS in the Finnish second tier Naisten Ykkönen. Club career In 2002 Saario went to Barry University to study criminology and play for the varsity soccer team. She turned out for Springfield Sirens in the 2001 W-League season. After university Saario drifted away from football, but eventually started playing again for smaller clubs KontU and Veto. She agreed to join Naisten Liiga HJK Helsinki in 2010. In the 2010 Finnish Women's Cup final, Saario suffered a serious head injury in which her jaw was broken and she lost several teeth. Åland United signed her ahead of the 2013 season. USL W-League (1995–2015)
The USL W-League was a North American amateur women's soccer developmental organization. The league was a semi-professional, open league, giving college players the opportunity to play alongside established international players while maintaining their collegiate eligibility. The league was administered by the United Soccer Leagues system (the USL), which also oversees the men's United Soccer League and Premier Development League. The W-League announced on November 6, 2015 that the league will cease operation ahead of 2016 season. Andrée Jeglertz
Andrée Alexander Jeglertz (born 14 February 1972) is a Swedish football manager and former professional player. He was an assistant coach for the Canadian women's national team before he joined Linköpings FC for the 2021 Damallsvenskan season. Career Playing career A defender, Jeglertz played 25 games in the Allsvenskan for Malmö FF and also played club football for IFK Trelleborg, Umeå FC, IFK Hasselholm and Gimonäs CK. He earned three caps for the Swedish under-21 national side. In sport, a cap is a player's appearance in a game at international level. The term dates from the practice in the United Kingdom of awarding a cap to every player in an international match of rugby football and association football. In the early days of football, the concept of each team wearing a set of matching shirts had not been universally adopted, so each side would distinguish itself from the other by wearing a specific sort of cap.
