Disney Channel, sometimes known as simply Disney, is an American pay television television channel, channel that serves as the flagship (broadcasting), flagship property of Disney Branded Television, a unit of the Disney General Entertainment Content division of The Walt Disney Company. Launched on April 18, 1983 under the name The Disney Channel as a pay television, premium channel on top of cable television, basic cable television systems, it originally showcased programming towards families due to availability of home television sets locally at the time. Louie Del Carmen
Manuel Luis Gonzales del Carmen (born August 19, 1967), known professionally as Louie del Carmen, is an American animator, storyboard artist, director, and illustrator. Born in Cavite City, Philippines, he began work in the mid-1990s on animated series like ''Rugrats'', '' Rocket Power'', ''Invader Zim'', ''The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy'', '' Kim Possible'', and ''The Mighty B!''. During the summer of 2007 he began working as a story artist at DreamWorks Animation on some of their notable and successful projects like ''Kung Fu Panda'', ''How to Train Your Dragon'' and ''The Croods''. Smash Mouth
Smash Mouth is an American rock band from San Jose, California. The band was formed in 1994, and was originally composed of Steve Harwell (lead vocals), Kevin Coleman (drums), Greg Camp (guitar), and Paul De Lisle (bass). With Harwell's departure in 2021, De Lisle remains the only original member. They are known for their songs " Walkin' on the Sun" (1997), " All Star" (1999), and " Then The Morning Comes" (1999), as well as a cover of The Monkees' " I'm a Believer" (2001). The band adopted retro styles covering several decades of popular music. Greg Weisman
Greg Weisman (born September 28, 1963) is an American novelist, writer, producer and voice actor. He is best known as the creator of the animated series '' Gargoyles'', ''The Spectacular Spider-Man'' and '' Young Justice''. Early life and career Weisman is a former English composition and writing teacher. He received a bachelor's degree from Stanford University and a master's from USC. Between college and graduate school, he worked on staff in the editorial department of DC Comics, while also co-writing ''Captain Atom'' with Cary Bates. When he was 22 years old, he wrote a four-issue mini-series for DC Comics starring the superheroine Black Canary; the first issue of the series was penciled, but the project was ultimately shelved due to the character being used in writer/artist Mike Grell's high-profile '' Green Arrow: The Longbow Hunters'' series. The iTunes Store is a digital media store operated by Apple Inc. It opened on April 28, 2003, as a result of Steve Jobs' push to open a digital marketplace for music. As of April 2020, iTunes offered 60 million songs, 2.2 million apps, 25,000 TV shows, and 65,000 films. When it opened, it was the only legal digital catalog of music to offer songs from all five major record labels. List Of Disney Channel Original Films
Many television films have been produced for Disney Channel, an American family-oriented basic cable channel and former premium television channel since its launch on April 18, 1983. Until October 1997, films were released under the banner name of Disney Channel Premiere Films; since then, the films are currently released under the Disney Channel Original Movie (DCOM) banner. Most of these films were subsequently released on VHS, DVD, or, more recently, Blu-ray. However, many more entries in the Disney Channel film library were never released in any home video format. Originally, the films were released on DVD months after their Disney Channel premieres, but beginning with '' Princess Protection Program'' in 2009, DVDs for DCOMs have been released one week after their television premieres. ''Kim Possible: A Sitch in Time'' is a 2003 American made-for-TV animated film by Walt Disney Television Animation. It is the first film based on the original television series '' Kim Possible''. The film was directed by Steve Loter for the Disney Channel, and was created with a mix of traditional and computer-generated animation. The starring voices are Christy Carlson Romano as the title character and Will Friedle as her sidekick and best friend Ron Stoppable. The timestream or time stream is a metaphorical conception of time as a stream, a flowing body of water. Area 51 is the common name of a highly classified United States Air Force (USAF) facility within the Nevada Test and Training Range. A remote detachment administered by Edwards Air Force Base, the facility is officially called Homey Airport or Groom Lake (after the salt flat next to its airfield). Details of its operations are not made public, but the USAF says that it is an open training range, and it is commonly thought to support the development and testing of experimental aircraft and weapons systems.
