Hugo Haas
Hugo Haas (19 February 1901 – 1 December 1968) was a Czech film actor, director and writer. He appeared in more than 60 films between 1926 and 1962, as well as directing 20 films between 1933 and 1962. Life and career Haas was born in Brno, Austria-Hungary (now in the Czech Republic), and died in Vienna, Austria from complications of asthma. He and his brother, Pavel Haas, studied voice at the Brno Conservatory under composer Leoš Janáček. Pavel Haas went on to become a noted composer himself before he was killed in Auschwitz in 1944. Czechoslovak theater and film After graduating from the conservatory in 1920, Hugo Haas began acting at the National Theater in Brno, in Ostrava and in Olomouc. Henry Corden
Henry Corden (born Henry Cohen; January 6, 1920 – May 19, 2005) was a Canadian-born American actor, best known for taking over the role of Fred Flintstone after Alan Reed's death in 1977. His official debut as Fred's new voice was in the 1965 Hanna-Barbera record, ''Saving Mr. Flintstone'', although he had previously provided the singing voice for Reed in the 1966 theatrical film ''The Man Called Flintstone'' and the Hanna-Barbera specials '' Alice in Wonderland or What's a Nice Kid Like You Doing in a Place Like This?'' Robert Knapp (February 24, 1924, Los Angeles, California – May 17, 2001, Glendale, California) was an American actor who appeared in film and on television between 1951 and 1976. Background As a teenager, Knapp worked on his father's orange grove in Covina, Los Angeles County, where he attended school. As a youth he particularly excelled in swimming and football. He studied for a year in a college in Glendale but dropped out to work as a messenger for Warner Brothers Studios. He became a member of Irving Asher's unit.
