Thor-Eirik Gulbrandsen Mykland
Thor-Eirik Gulbrandsen (15 July 1940 – 25 July 2014) was a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. Gulbrandsen was born in Fjære. He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Akershus in 1977, and was re-elected on three occasions. He had previously served in the position of deputy representative during the terms 1969–1973 and 1973–1977. During his second term as a deputy, he filled in for Sonja Aase Ludvigsen meanwhile she was appointed to the Cabinet, and then replaced her permanently when she died in July 1974. Norwegian Labour Party
The Labour Party ( nb, Arbeiderpartiet; nn, Arbeidarpartiet; A/Ap; se, Bargiidbellodat), formerly The Norwegian Labour Party ( no, Det norske Arbeiderparti, DNA), is a social-democratic political party in Norway. Fjære
Fjære is a former municipality in the old Aust-Agder county in Norway. The municipality existed from 1846 until 1971. It was located to the north of the town of Grimstad. The name is still used to refer to that area, which is now a part of Grimstad municipality in Agder county. The administrative centre of Fjære was the village of Vik, just east of the historic Fjære Church. Other villages in Fjære included Fevik, Dømmesmoen, Frivold, Kroken, and Rønnes. History The municipality of Fjære was created in 1846 when the old municipality of Øyestad was divided. Initially, Fjære had a population of 2,806. The Storting ( no, Stortinget ) (lit. the Great Thing) is the supreme legislature of Norway, established in 1814 by the Constitution of Norway. It is located in Oslo. Akershus () is a traditional region and current electoral district in Norway, with Oslo as its main city and traditional capital. It is named after the Akershus Fortress in Oslo. From the middle ages to 1919, Akershus was a fief and main county that included most of Eastern Norway, and from the 17th century until 2020, Akershus also had a more narrow meaning as a (sub) county that included most of the Greater Oslo Region. Sonja Aase Ludvigsen
Sonja Aase Ludvigsen (7 February 1928 – 12 July 1974) was a Norwegian politician, a member of the Labour Party. Career Ludvigsen was born in Vestby in 1928. After completing her education she did various white-collar jobs before obtaining employment with Vestby municipality where she was a tax adjuster from 1958 to 1965. She was a member of Vestby municipal council from 1955 to 1959 and from 1963 to 1972, and a member of the school board from 1960 to 1968. She was a member of the Workers' Youth League central board from 1958 to 1964 and the Labour Party central board from 1965 to 1974. Ludvigsen served as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Akershus during the terms 1958–1961 and 1961–1965 before being elected in 1965. Skedsmo
Skedsmo was a municipality in Akershus county, Norway. It is part of the traditional region of Romerike. The administrative centre of the municipality was the town of Lillestrøm. About one third of the municipal population lived in Lillestrøm. Other important towns are Skedsmokorset, Skjetten and Strømmen. A smaller settlement adjoining Lillestrøm is Kjeller. ''Romerikes Blad'' is a local newspaper published in Lillestrøm, Norway. It covers the Romerike district. History and profile ''Romerikes Blad'' was established by Martin Julius Halvorsen in 1902 in Jessheim under the name ''Akershusingen'', and was affiliated with the Norwegian Labour Party. The name ''Romerikes Blad'' was taken in 1905. Between 1953 and 1967 it expanded from two to five editions a week. It mainly covered Ullensaker, Nannestad and Gjerdrum, although offices at Kjeller were opened in 1974. In 1990 it merged with the larger newspaper '' Akershus Arbeiderblad'', which mainly covered Skedsmo, Rælingen, Fet, Sørum and Lørenskog.
