''This I Know'' is the fourth studio album by American Christian singer and songwriter Kim Boyce. It would be her final album on the Myrrh label released in 1990. Christian singer/songwriter Tim Miner, who co-wrote and produced the track "Tender Heart" from her 1989 album '' Love Is You to Me'' handles the production duties on this album. Boyce duets with her husband Gary Koreiba on the song "True Love" and also dedicates the album to him. Songwriting contributions provided by Miner, Cindy Cruse and Amy Grant. The album's first CHR/Pop single and music video "Good Enough" incorporates the traditional Gospel Gospel originally meant the Christian message (" the gospel"), but in the 2nd century it came to be used also for the books in which the message was set out. Kim Boyce
Kim Boyce Koreiba (born March 14, 1961, in Winter Haven, Florida) is an American Christian music singer. She is best known for her 1990s hit ''By Faith''. She was Miss Manatee and Miss Florida 1983 and competed at Miss America 1984. Boyce's hit singles include "Good Enough" (#2 in 1991), "Weapon of Good" (#14 in 1991), "When Love Calls Your Name" (#12 in 1992). The song "When Love Calls Your Name", which was a hit 1992 single for Boyce, was written by Tom Snow and Jimmy Scott and originally recorded in 1991 by Cher on the album ''Love Hurts (Cher album), Love Hurts''. Boyce now resides in the Branson, Missouri, area with her husband, Gary Koreiba. They were both performers at Branson's Pierce Arrow Theater for many years. As of 2022 they currently are featured performers in the "Oh Happy Day!" gospel music show performing Sundays at the Hamners' Variety Theater. They have two sons. Cindy Cruse-Ratcliff
Cindy Lerae Cruse-Ratcliff (born May 18, 1963) is a singer-songwriter who serves as the senior worship leader at the Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas. Early life Cruse was born, Cindy Lerae Cruse, on May 18, 1963, in Odessa, Texas while she grew up in Tyler, Texas, Music career Cruse began ministering at the age of six alongside her family, The Cruse Family, a well-known evangelistic musical group. The group, popular throughout much of the 1970s and early 1980s, traveled and ministered all across the world. They released 25 albums and received two Dove Awards. While Cruse said she always had a heart for music ministry, she would not become involved with worship music herself until later in life. At the age of nine, she became the youngest licensed ASCAP songwriter. Since that time, she has written for and produced more than 100 album recordings. CCM AC chart was an adult contemporary chart that was originally started by ''CCM Magazine'' in 1978. According to author Jeffrey Lee Brothers in his book ''Hot Hits: AC Charts 1978 – 2001,'' "When ''CCM'' published music charts, it received data from a specific number of radio stations regarding the number of times a song was played. This airplay data was then assigned points and weights based on the cumulative number of plays per song. The result was a weekly chart that ranked the most played, and presumably, most popular songs. The AC charts have long covered the most radio stations in the Christian music industry. The charts themselves have gone through several changes over the years. ("Give Me That") "Old-Time Religion" (and similar spellings) is a traditional Gospel song dating from 1873, when it was included in a list of Jubilee songs—or earlier. It has become a standard in many Protestant hymnals, though it says nothing about Jesus or the gospel, and covered by many artists. Some scholars, such as Forrest Mason McCann, have asserted the possibility of an earlier stage of evolution of the song, in that "the tune may go back to English folk origins" (later dying out in the white repertoire but staying alive in the work songs of African Americans). In any event, it was by way of Charles Davis Tillman that the song had incalculable influence on the confluence of black spiritual and white gospel song traditions in forming the genre now known as southern gospel.
