José Théodore
José Nicolas Théodore (born September 13, 1976) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender. He played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Montreal Canadiens, Colorado Avalanche, Washington Capitals, Minnesota Wild, and Florida Panthers. Théodore played major junior in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL), where he won a President's Cup as QMJHL champions and competed in the Memorial Cup with the Hull Olympiques in 1995. He won both the Ford Cup as the top defensive player and Guy Lafleur Trophy as playoff MVP in 1995 and is a two-time QMJHL Second Team All-Star. Drafted 44th overall by the Canadiens in 1994, Théodore played eight seasons in Montreal, where he won the Vezina and Hart trophies, both in 2002. Jon Philip Theodore (born December 30, 1973) is an American drummer. He is best known as a former member of the Mars Volta and as the current drummer for Queens of the Stone Age. After contributing to Bright Eyes' 2020 album, ''Down in the Weeds, Where the World Once Was'', Theodore joined the band in 2022 as their touring drummer. Known for his explosive, multi-textural playing style, Theodore was a member of both Golden and Royal Trux before joining The Mars Volta in 2001. Jordan Theodore (born December 11, 1989) is an American-born naturalized Macedonian professional basketball player who last played for Reyer Venezia of the Lega Basket Serie A. He also represents the senior North Macedonia national team. He played college basketball at Seton Hall. Ouigi Theodore (born ) is an American fashion designer and stylist known particularly for his menswear label Brooklyn Circus. During the late 2000s and early 2010s he was also known as "The Bearded Man" due to his distinctive facial hair. Early life Quincy Ouigi Theodore was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti in 1975 or 1976. Patrick Samuel Theodore (born 16 May 1996) is an Australian professional soccer player. Career Born in Brisbane, Queensland, Theodore attended Iona College in Lyndum and was a member of the Iona First XI. Theodore began his career as a youth player for Wynnum District. Shea Theodore (born August 3, 1995) is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman for the Vegas Golden Knights of the National Hockey League (NHL). Theodore was selected by the Anaheim Ducks in the first round, 26th overall, of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. Stephen Ross Theodore (born 18 December 1950) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with St Kilda in the Victorian Football League (VFL) during the 1970s. Edward Granville Theodore (29 December 1884 – 9 February 1950) was an Australian politician who served as Premier of Queensland from 1919 to 1925, as leader of the state Labor Party. He later entered federal politics, serving as Treasurer in the Scullin Labor government. Theodore was born in Adelaide, the son of a Romanian immigrant. He left school at the age of 12, and spent the next decade working his way around the country. He arrived in Queensland in 1906, and soon became involved in the labour movement.
