Theo Anthony Lewis (born 10 August 1991) is an English Association football, footballer who plays as a midfielder for Southern Football League, Southern League Premier Division South club Salisbury F.C., Salisbury. Club career Lewis started his career as a youth player at Chelsea F.C., Chelsea and Reading F.C., Reading before joining Cheltenham Town F.C., Cheltenham Town for the 2007-08 in English football, 2007–08 season. He made his first team debut in a Football League One, League One match against Scunthorpe United F.C., Scunthorpe United in the 3–0 away defeat on 28 April 2009, replacing Kyle Haynes as a Substitute (association football), substitute in the 73rd minute.
