The Way Of Curve
''The Way of Curve'' is a compilation album by Curve. The album consists of two discs: the first is basically a greatest hits disc, containing many of Curve's most famous and successful songs; the second contains rare tracks, including one ('In Disguise') that had never been released. The band invited fans to contribute their personal lists of tracks that should appear on the first disc and this was used to help decide the final listing. Those who contributed are name checked on the album sleeve. All tracks were remastered for the release, though some of the tracks (such as "Die Like A Dog") had errors. Only 10,000 copies of the album were made and it is now out-of-print, though it can be partially downloaded from iTunes or bought and fully downloaded on thband's official Bandcamp As Curve disbanded shortly after the album's release, ''The Way of Curve'' effectively became their career retrospective. Miss Kittin used "Falling Free ( Aphex Twin Mix)" on her mix album '' A Bugg ...

Curve (band)
Curve were an English alternative rock and electronic music duo from London, formed in 1990 and split in 2005. The band consisted of Toni Halliday (vocals, occasionally guitar) and Dean Garcia (bass, guitar, drums, programming). Halliday wrote the lyrics of their songs and they both contributed to songwriting. Producer Alan Moulder was a prominent collaborator who helped shape their blend of heavy beats and densely–layered guitar tracks set against Halliday's vocals. Curve released five studio albums ('' Doppelgänger'' in 1992, ''Cuckoo'' in 1993, '' Come Clean'' in 1998, '' Gift'' in 2001, and '' The New Adventures of Curve'' in 2002), five compilation albums ('' Pubic Fruit'' in 1992, '' Radio Sessions'' in 1993, '' Open Day at the Hate Fest'' in 2001, '' The Way of Curve'' in 2004, and '' Rare and Unreleased'' in 2010), and a string of EPs and singles. History Dean Garcia, half Hawaiian and half Irish, had played in some small bands when he auditioned for Eurythmics. The ...

I Feel Love
"I Feel Love" is a song by American singer and songwriter Donna Summer. Produced and co-written by Giorgio Moroder and Pete Bellotte, it was recorded for Summer's fifth studio album, ''I Remember Yesterday'' (1977). The album concept was to have each track evoke a different musical decade; for "I Feel Love", the team aimed to create a futuristic mood, employing a Moog synthesizer. The song was released just before the album on May 1, 1977, as the B-side to the single " Can't We Just Sit Down (And Talk It Over)", which rose to number 20 on the US ''Billboard'' R&B chart. Two months later, the sides were flipped and the single was reissued. "I Feel Love" reached number one in Australia, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, number three in West Germany, and number six on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 in the United States, and topped the charts in many other countries. "I Feel Love" became popular during the disco era, influencing acts such as David Bowie, Brian Eno ...

Kevin Shields
Kevin Patrick Shields (born 21 May 1963) is an American-born Irish musician, singer-songwriter, composer, and producer, best known as the vocalist and guitarist of the band My Bloody Valentine. They became influential on the evolution of alternative rock with their two studio albums ''Isn't Anything'' (1988) and '' Loveless'' (1991), pioneering a subgenre known as shoegaze. Shields's texturised guitar sound and his experimentation with his guitars' tremolo systems resulted in the creation of the " glide guitar" technique, which became a recognisable aspect of My Bloody Valentine's sound, along with his meticulous production techniques. Following My Bloody Valentine's dissolution in the late 1990s, Shields became a frequent guest musician, producer, engineer, and remixer with various bands and artists, including Experimental Audio Research, Yo La Tengo, Dinosaur Jr, and Mogwai. In 1998 he became a touring member of Primal Scream. Shields contributed several original composition ...

Lunatic Calm
Lunatic Calm were an English electronic music group formed in 1996. Despite a wide-ranging sound palette, the group was best known for their high impact, industrial-tinged big beat compositions. History Formed in 1996 and composed of Simon "sHack" Shackleton and Howard "Howie" Saunders, they released two well received albums, as well as several singles and a wide range of remixes. The two had known each other since an early age, and prior to forming Lunatic Calm, they also played in several bands with Thom Yorke (Radiohead frontman), namely Headless Chickens and Flicker Noise. Metropol (1997) Their debut album ''Metropol'' was often compared to the works of The Prodigy and other bands, although it ranged from offbeat and psychedelic trip hop to heavy turbo-charged big beat. Record company MCA failed to support the band and they switched their attentions to the American market where they enjoyed a series of successful tours with other groups including Crystal Method.
